Great gym in every way. I do wish they would pay more attention to details. The third bathroom stall hasnt locked since I’ve been a member . I’ve been a member for 4 months lol. I’ve made the mistake of using that stall only when other were full only to be walked in on each time by someone not knowing it doesn’t lock. For a new building I would think someone would fix by now. The movie theatre is nice , yet the majority of time it’s so loud i have to leave, movies are ended a d paused with no new one starting, movie isn’t even turned on, or lights to theatre are so bright because they forgot to turn off.

Nice Gym, however there isn't enough locations for the commitment they require. I didn't sign up because of all the fees and obligations in the contract. Definitely look into what you are signing before you sign into the contract.

I was testing the gym out with my friend who is a member. Their Saturday morning Zumba class was great! The club is clean. Loved the sauna! They have a movie theaters you can work out while watching movies. The membership fee was great for all you get.

Great gym, never overly congested, filled with some serious athletes and trainers. And as an athletic supporter myself, I'm able to keep my focus on fitness without having to worry about balls flying everywhere.......from a basketball or racketball court.

So far we are really enjoying working out here. The only come is the music is very loud. In the women's gym you can't hardly hear what you are watching on the tv screen that's part of the equipment or your own music.

Top of the line equipment. But the music is way too loud. Not for me.

so far I don't like the hours soon to be 24hrs. they close to early 4me!!!???????????? I wouldn't recommend anyone to this gym they've been lying to me for almost a year of becoming 24 hrs and haven't offered any discounts for the inconvenience of not being open 24 hrs!! Club Fitness for now on!!????????????????

It's nice that it's new, but pushed very hard on memberships. Told the girl I was a full member of another gym and was paying less for very similar amenities. She kept trying to justify the higher price. And, it was further away from me. Going to stay at my gym for now.

I just started going to this gym but so far it's great. They have a special space for women ONLY, The cinema gym is pretty cool, the instructors are awesome as well. I think you get a lot of decent perks with this gym

Nice equipment's and everything, but there opening hours are limited being a fulltime student and per time worker it feel like the gym is always closed. I wanted to cancel my membership but they said to cancel my membership I have to pay 200 something $. plus the manager is not even available every time I try to reach him he's not there. honestly speaking its just a waste of money.

St. Ann Edge Fitness club has poor customer service starting the year 2022 off on a bad start. Someone changed my billing info that resulted in a late fee on my account.

I love this gym- the location is convenient, it's spacious, has tons of very nice equipment, the staff are friendly. What I don't love are others not reracking their weights. It's clearly painted on the walls and printed on the mirrors....It hinders me from using equipment because I shouldn't have to rerack others' weights in addition to my own.

Great location near to my house...Nice a equipment. But I don't see alot of hand sanitizer stations. The mirror in the women area been leaning since I joined 2 months ago.....I feel lost at time in the gym of how to use the equipment or what equipment to use

Lmao reading some of these comments. Besides poor grammar and not knowing the difference between their and there, they are super petty. I'd love to see some of you run a gym and/or business.. of course someone is gonna retort with "I would be doing a better job" or something to that nature. Hilarious I, myself, haven't had many issues with them. Except 1 and it was resolved the same day.

The gym is okay, but the whole purpose of joining, was because of 24 hr fitness center. By now the hours should have been went 24hrs like other gyms. The same cleaning that is been done now can be done over night. So now the gym is no longer useful or just not convenient. Don't fit my schedule, to me they just trying to save money on extra workers.

Warning—-Don’t trust Edge! Be sure to read the small print regarding contracts — I’m currently paying $24 per month. I called to negotiate a lower payment for new $10 offer. The Edge flat out REFUSED & said I was locked in at higher rate. Also, they charged me late fees of $59 when they failed to complete the monthly payment. Edge claimed that they would follow up & return your money, but after a month of talking to customer service reps—my problem was only resolved when I went directly through Chase for my refund of $59. Do not trust the St Anne location!!!

First with the positive: Great equipment and it’s kept very clean inside. The sauna is nice and the lady’s at the shake bar are awesome! Pablo at the front desk is super good and very helpful! Negatives: Be careful signing up with them though, I cancelled my account august 11th and kept getting charged up until December. They have proof I cancelled, but they “can’t do anything” because their affiliate ABC financial keeps taking it out, yet it’s impossible to get in contact with them. When I originally cancelled the manager said I wouldn’t be charged anymore, which is frustrating.

Nice gym, nice equipment. The only con is the music in the gym is way too loud. You can't enjoy your workout and you can't even speak to the person next to you without yelling. Management should know the music is too loud.

I like everything about the gym except having to wear the mask while working out ! I couldn’t breathe and and made my heart race faster. I understand wearing it while walking around but at this point I feel like I’m waisting money , I couldn’t even enjoy my workout cause I was focused on breathing and I’m extra mad because I had the gym mixed up , I only took this membership because one gym said you can take your mask off while working out on the machines but you have to wear everywhere else .

I have received multiple ads for this place. Free sign up, no contract, first month free, $9.99 a month. Not true. I skipped it. Facility looks nice though and staff was friendly.

If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I joined St. Ann before it’s grand opening in excitement that it was 24 hours, since we work night shift and it’s super close to home. Well, they haven’t been 24 hours as promised in our contracts we signed and they’ve been open for almost a full year. We’ve already wanted to cancel our memberships because of that. Tonight, I drove to St. Peter’s, 20 minutes away at midnight after a 10 hour shift, all I wanted to do was work out and then go to sleep. It’s extremely inconvenient, I wasted gas, time and energy to go to the gym. They changed their hours almost 2 weeks ago and nothing is posted on the website about it. I’m demanding them to cancel our membership’s tomorrow WITHOUT a doctors note or paying fees. This gym has been nothing but a waste of time and money for us. And the tanning beds suck too. Who wants to stand up for 9 minutes just to tan?

Relatively new company and Missouri so there's a lot of hitting things always behind what the representatives are saying to you when they get you or trying to get you to join. But I can say that at the end of the deal you can't go wrong the prices are very fair the annual fee is included yearly. But what they have to offer is worth the price

I have reached out to this club for months now attempting to solve a billing issue. I have been ignored at best when reaching out to the General Manager, Mariah. I will assume that she is salary because she is never there a full 8 hours or during the time her assistant GM and other staff have told me. Their lack of communication to the billing company has not only prevented me access to the club, but excessive overdraft fees on money that was not to be collected. I am still waiting for her to call me as she is the only one that can "make changes". Needless to say I have to call corporate.
