LOVE it here - every trainer I have met is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and fun! They actually care about the people there and push them to do their best in the most positive ways. Not only have I learned a ton of skills, I have learned that can do things I didn't know I could do, and I can do them pretty well. 10/10 would recommend :)

Having not worked out in many years, and having old knee injuries I was nervous about getting into the boot camp. When I joined I told Kayla about my knees and she has been super accommodating without compromising my workout. The group is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!
