Vous voulez bouger et être bien encadré, c'est la place à Rouyn et ce peu importe votre âge et votre niveau de mise en forme. Ça fait 8 ans que je fais du Crossfit et j'ai fait des dizaines de gym de Crossfit dans le monde et au Canada.
