Wellness Revolution Studio is a welcoming and warm environment for your workouts. I always feel challenged to do a little more than I thought I would. There are a number of things I like about Wellness Revolution. It is very clean, spacious, lots of equipment, lots of sunlight because of the windows and parking is easy. Candice is a wonderful trainer and will gear the workout to any limitations you might have or wanting to work on certain areas to increase strength and flexibility. This studio was recommended to me by a Pilates instructor whose classes I attended for many years.

What I love about our class is that Candice will find the right exercises to help improve areas of weakness and look for ways to continue to strengthen that area. I really like our seniors group and feel totally at home with them. The exercise room itself has everything you need and the atmosphere is very comfortable! It has been a VERY good experience and I will certainly continue to attend my classes on a weekly basis. Thank you Candice!!

WRS is a well equipped, well organized, and super clean training facility but what really sets it apart is the trainers. I train with Candice but have had occasion to work with some of the other WRS trainers. Candice never ceases to impress with her knowledge and expertise. Workouts are tailored to my needs and around whatever physical limitations I have. Candice always challenges and motivates me to become a better version of myself. She is an awesome person and truly cares about her clients. Working with Candice at WRS has been a total positive experience. I wish I had been smart enough to sign up earlier in my life!

Wellness Revolution Studio is great place to work out. I go to the Seniors Fitness Class which I enjoy. Candice is very good at adjusting the exercises for individual needs. This is the only class that I have stayed with for more than a few classes.

Love this space .. and love this gym. I have been training with Candice out of this location since it opened... it is private, clean, easy to access and the place has a "funky" vibe .. I have continued to work out when allowed during COVID and have felt safe ... Candice goes to great lengths to ensure the safety of her clients .. I am a 58 year old woman and enjoy working out with Candice .. she understands and appreciates my limitations .. while pushing me to go further. Highly recommend for all age groups .. They offer classes which I have attended occasionally - always enjoyable

Candice tailors a variety of programs specifically for me. I have also tried Insanity with Shanika as well as PiYo (Pilates, Yoga and cardio) with Derek and Autumn. Good variety of classes offered! Excellent facility with air conditioning and lots of windows. Congratulations Candice and Angela!

I had a bad experience at this gym thinking that the staff members would understand my situation. Instead, all they cared about is taking money out of my pocket. Decent workout routines though, but if you want the staff to actually care about your routine, and have little to no intensity, pick another gym.
