I've been trying to get into some level of fitness for years. Villains is the place that finally worked. The coaches all care, the workouts are challenging but doable, and there's no shame in using lower weights -- they just want you moving and improving. Not only is it the best bang for your buck, I've found that the cost is actually lower than a lot of other gyms--and you get personal attention every session. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's helped me get control of my eating, drop 20 pounds, and is slowly putting muscles on this frame. It wouldn't be possible without the staff, the energy, and the community the place brings. If you're looking to get in shape, this is the place to do it.
