Sets is just a good old fashioned gym with a great selection of training equipment. This place is great because you do not have to deal with all the BS pressure you get at Evolution and Anytime. If you know what you are doing this is the place to be

Great 24hr access gym, and prices can't be beat!!

Support your local gym. Equipment is oldish and cardio selection is limited. But this is a gym not a big box "gym". Overall really good
