I have been to several gyms in the city and this one is top notch. Clean, organzied with a great leg setup. Cost is a little bit more than other gyms, but don't let that deter you, they put that money right back into equipment, and it shows. Good central location and 24/7 access. Glad I found this place.

Brickhouse gym is the most innovative gym in Regina, the memberships are pricey, but come with great ammentities including; in house supplement and gear shop (one of the bigger shops in regina), on site FST trainer, showers, tanning, and soon to come infared sauna. Last but not least, their equipment is to the highest standard and can really move your training forward.

The equipment is some of the best I've ever used, and having the supplements store and clothing store in the same building is very handy. I was totally intimidated by this gym when I first walked in, but it’s actually a very non-judgemental environment to work out in. I am not by any means a bodybuilder but I feel very comfortable there and my personal trainer is amazing! She knows exactly when and how hard to push me. The gym is always clean and always has new equipment to use. I would definitely recommend.

Prime strength training equipment has built in smart strength technology that utilizes variable resistance to train peak resistance through out the full range of motion. What this means is you will have the ability to train more efficiently and effectively for better results. Since I started training out of Brick House Gym I have been building strength and lean muscle like never before. I have a grin from ear to ear during every workout because of how amazing each exercise feels. In addition I love the warehouse vibe with the nice big windows that allow for a lot of natural light. Also its absolutely amazing that I can pop into Gymstar before or after my workout to pick up new gear and or supplements.

When I walk in I get the sense that no matter how I perform the other members, the employees and the owners have my back. The equipment is the nicest I’ve seen (after visiting gyms all over the world). But it’s the feeling and atmosphere that make me look forward to coming back. Everyone has mutual goals; enjoy the gym while making your time there as efficient as possible. Having a supplement and fitness shop on house helps too ( mainly for when I forget my hat or shorts at home and have to buy another for my collection)! Come check it out.

I can literally say this gym has it all, and more. I have never seen one like it! Do they have machines - yes, and like no others; you can adjust the set up to work power or size and “there is a machine for that”! DBs, hell yes and a lot of them! BBs, yes and so many unique ones that you will be challenged everyday, every workout! They have an entire floor dedicated to just “Leg Day”!!! Oh and if you aren’t the power lifter / body builder type (me) they have another floor set up with racks, sled, tires and sledges, KBs, assault bikes, and boxes!!! You literally will find everything at this gym! Try it, and then try and tell me you don’t like it.

I finally had the opportunity to visit and train in this top notch facility over the thanksgiving weekend! The drive from Calgary was well worth it! From the equipment to the atmosphere and top notch customer service from Justin and staff I can't say enough about this gem! Unique equipment that I have yet to see in other facilities, I've been to quite a few, the prime fitness machines that allow you to change the strength curve are a definite game changer. If your on the fence or have been putting off checking brickhouse out.... Don't! Run.... don't walk ????????

I wanted to let them know that I appreciate the professional staff, the quality of the equipment and the quality and cleanliness of the facility. I work with a trainer there and really notice the difference between working at Planet Fitness and working out at Brickhouse. It is definitely worth the additional money. I didn't realize that when I was working out with subpar equipment, I was not getting proper results and risking injury. Thanks to the team at Brickhouse for you amazing gym. Love this gym, we visited from Calgary and had been following Brickhouse on Instagram and had to come in for a workout.. Everything was high end in this facility even down to the change rooms. Needless to say I was nervous and uncomfortable with having to go beyond my comfort zone, but I understood that in order to be successful in my goals I needed professional advice and equipment. Brickhouse made me feel welcomed. The staff from front to back are knowledgeable and passionate about their field. Surrounding myself with individuals who also have the same aspirations has only motivated to push harder. There is an enormous difference between the quality of the equipment at Brickhouse and most ordinary gyms. You get what you pay for. Smooth operating world-class machines make workouts a pleasure. There are enough dumbbells to keep your workout on track even if it gets busy, and they are graduated by 2.5lbs in the range you need them most. There are three squat racks and a smith machine. The staggering amount of options for leg training alone is excellent - this is helpful if you can’t barbell squat, for whatever reason. Variety keeps you motivated and consistent and equals better results. Justin’s Gym Star pro shop is located at the gym which is very convenient. He stocks all the supplements you could ever need. His two clothing lines, Better Bodies and GASP are premium quality: you buy them once and they last forever, wash after wash. Although I can appreciate a gritty, run down gym (remember Rocky III, Eye of the Tiger?), I prefer Brickhouse’s combination of classic exposed brick walls, concrete and steel with new equipment along with spotless bathrooms/change room. I am lucky to have trained in some impressive gyms in the US, South America and Europe, and Brickhouse ranks right up there with the best of them. Justin is an impressive young entrepreneur and you can bet he will be implementing useful upgrades over time. Heck, the gym is only a few months old and we already have in-gym access to a fascial release expert! In my opinion we should be thankful and supportive of Justin and his team for bringing big-city amenities like this gym and pro shop to our little corner of the prairies here in Regina. This is a bit of a long review so let me conclude by saying that if you’re interested in weight training to improve your health, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you owe it to yourself to stack the odds in your favour by joining Brickhouse. ????????

This is the best gym I have been too! I left at one point and went to another gym. I came running back pretty quick. I have shoulder issues and the equipment that is there can be adjusted so I can train without pain. The other members are all friendly, Jason and Justin in Gym Star and second to none with there knowledge of the products. All around great place. If you have never been, you need to check it out!!

Aside from the state of the art equipment, excellent staff and the members being there all willing to help. This is by far the cleanest most maintained gym I've been to yet. Not only the gym amazing and set up the equipment convenient to muscle groups. But the Gym Star Pro Shop is also located onsite for supplements and apparel. I also love the free drop ins on selected days/occasion. Everyone has that day that day where they just want to lift heavy and need that spot/friend they like to workout with. This is most definitely well worth not only the investment to the gym, but also your body! You'll never have a better workout in a fitness facility ever I promise that.

The equipment is top notch and as avid gym goer there were machines I had never seen before. The gym was spotless, well layed out and had a very cool vibe to it. I’ve trained and worked out at so many gyms over the years and nothing compares to the Brickhouse. The staff and trainers are always willing to help out with any questions and educate on proper form and nutrition. The 24 hour access has been great, it makes it easier to get work outs in and I don’t have to rush around or juggle times to fit it into my schedule. The gym is always clean and members are very good at wiping machines down after sets. Brickhouse also puts in the effort to have amazing air quality and very clean drinking water. I highly recommend the Brickhouse to everyone!

After living in Vegas and being spoiled with gyms there, I was noticing a quality issue with a lot of local (Regina) gyms with out dated, clanky equipment when we moved home. It was pretty demotivating tbh. We heard hype around the equipment Brick House had - so we checked it out. I was not disappointed. In fact, it was better than any of the fancy gyms we used in Vegas. After getting back into the grind, Zach & myself have noticed significant improvements in a shorter time frame than ever before. The mind muscle connection with the right movement is hands down, night and day. The staff is great, super welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend it. It's definitely worth the money if you want results and to get away from clanky, crowded gyms with fake Instagram influencers lol

Checked out a few gyms after being away because of COVID and could to the downtown YMCA because of its closure but really needed to get back. Was a little intimidated by the members when I first looked around as I thought the facilities might be little hard core but then had a complimentary session with Ariana who made me feel very comfortable as have the people I have spoken with since. Nice group. Everyone there is there to exercise. Facilities are very very clean and the machines and equipment comfortably spaced. Air system makes everything smell fresh.

Definitely the best gym to train in period. Prime gym equipment allows me to tailor my training in a way other gyms can't come close to. You will feel the difference in your workouts, day one. You can tell the time and thought that was put in to selecting every piece of equipment in Brickhouse to give you a full intense workout regardless of what you train there. The equipment is world class and always kept clean, it also has so much potential for training different styles/ body types. Justin and I met pre-covid times. I knew from day one, this guy was legitimately looking to help others in their journey to physical and mental wellness with the gym being their vehicle to do so. In the beginning of my journey I was limited in my knowledge of proper technique and personalized routines. I relied a lot on his experience and professionalism to help mentor me to become better at discipline as well as routine and giving me the structured environment to help in my road to wellness. Fast forward to today, I have secured some personalized trainer sessions with one of his best and I have seen some major gains and love the way I feel. I have been a member at Brickhouse for about 4 months. I am impressed with how friendly everyone is there. Doesn’t matter if it’s an employee or Member working out. The building is always very clean, bathrooms are spotless and the equipment is well cared for. I also have a trainer there, Casey! She is outstanding. I have had double knee replacements and she is exceptional in modifying the workouts for me. She is patient and professional to deal with. I would recommend both The Brickhouse and Casey!

I have been lucky enough to be a member of this gym since June of 2020 and wished I had moved to Brickhouse sooner. Brickhouse is a facility unlike any other in Regina, to begin with the gym is open, bright, clean and new, bright windows letting daylight in which is a nice change from most dark gyms. But that's second to the next level equipment, everything from Troy dumbells, Arsenal strength, Prime, Watson, there isnt enough great things I can say about the equipment. The equipment itself is designed specifically to target everything you wouldnt usually think of, smart equipment, prime grips, Watson barbells, its truly a next level experience. Anyone that knows me knows I trained at Evolution since it first opened as Golds gym probably 12 or so? years ago. I really havent strayed from there, the north facility specifically, but the first day I trained at Brickhouse, was the last time I stepped foot in Evolution, it honestly cant even hold a candle to Brickhouse in anyway. Not only do you have a top of the line facility, you have access to it 24/7, and access to the Gym Star Pro Shop. The pro shop has all the best gear, supplements and also knowledge to help you get the most out of your workout, Justin and his team will set you up to smash your goals and make you feel like family, dont miss out on training at this world class facility, I highly recommend this facility for anyone that loves training, using the best equipment, and being around like minded people.
