I loved Ryde Rd, I got a 2 week pass and used it a few times. If it wasn't so hard on the wallet I would definitely get set up permanently!

Warning!!! Ryde is highly addicting So if you’re ready to burn all those calories while having fun you need to check them out. I was a runner for years but my knees/joints sadly took a turn for the worst and had to stop. Spinning doesn’t hurt my joints, I burn more calories in a shorter amount of time, and the instructors gets the whole class pumping!?!? It’s awesome Thanks Everyone at RYDE ✌️

I started with their $40 unlimited x2 weeks deal and loved it. Really great instructors with great playlists and workouts! The energy in the class is always pumping. I now go for monthly unlimited classes.

I took my very first spin class here. The studio is nice and intimate and the music is great! They really know how to motivate you and the girls are lovely. I live in Edmonton but this would be my studio if I were in Red Deer.
