Love this gym! Started going 1 1/2 years ago. Great community, great coaching, and smaller classes. Non-intimating atmosphere, and an encouraging group of people. It is so nice to be able to bring my kids with me to the mamas class, and get a work out in.

Red Sea is a great place to go if you want to do something different with your fitness. Mike and his staff know what they are doing and are there to help you along to achieve your goals. It isn't easy getting in shape but they can help you attain that. Also these guys are great with kids and doing kids programs. If you want your kids to stay fit, get them into kids cross fit!

Welcoming place to get fit! Small groups with personalized tips and training. CrossFit might seem intimidating, but everything here was broken down into achievable movements that were appropriate for me. LOVED that I could bring my kiddos!

I love this gym! Professional training, and authentic supportive community. Good hard work, and a lot of fun. Over the last year here, I have been able to progress athletically in ways I had mentally disqualified myself from. It is for everyone at any fitness level, and well worth the personal investment.
