This gym is amazing ! The 45 min hit workouts definitely take the thinking out of what muscle can I work today and how much cardio should I do. For myself I needed the extra push. I found after having my son, the workouts I did before at motion just didn't give me the results I used to get, not to mention the motivation to bust out a workout in 45 mins definitely wasn't there. I would be 1-2 hrs in the gym to burn the calories and feel like I feel after 45 mins at F45. I missed class workouts so much, just the push and drive you get from working out with others. The owners make you feel welcome the moment you come into the gym and all the trainers are there to help you, push you and cheer you on all throughout the workout. Pumped to see what results I can get from these workouts.

Worked out today at F45 and had a great workout! Very clean and organized space, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Owners were super welcoming and helpful. Workout was challenging and quick. Overall great first experience. Would recommend!

This review is more about the people behind the scenes who run the business. Before F45 opened in Red Deer, Tracy & Todd hired our company to provide recurring services for their guests each weekend. They're always a pleasure to work with and made my staff feel like family; they always enjoyed their time there at F45! What a great team you have, T&T!

This studio is a place where a person can come and leave it all on the floor! The owners Todd & Tracy not only care about every individual's fitness ( young/ old &/ or different fitness levels) but also care about people genuinely. They have a true passion for anyone who walks through their door! Their natural mindset of supporting people has created a natural community that I am proud I can say I am part of! This is a place to not only get fit physically (safely), but a place where true friends/ community are made. I have been especially grateful for F45 South Red Deer during the pandemic! They kept us connected & moving whether it be online classes, in- studio with pods, outdoor classes ( which only lasted 8 days because of Covid guidelines), then once again to studio.... Todd & Tracy kept moving forward & pivoting with health guidelines with the goal of keeping people moving while safely doing so. Anyhow, I highly recommend.

A great gym addition to Red Deer. The owners Tracy and Todd are locals, very personable and knowledgeable. The trainers, which include Tracy, are fantastic and motivate you the entire way through a class. I like how the classes change day to day from cardio to strength to a hybrid workout.

This gym is the perfect work out for 45 minutes ! My husband and I are in our 50’s and these work outs are great . We see huge improvements in our daily lives because of these functional and fun work outs! The trainers are awesome and the facility is spotless . I was welcomed with open arms Every single one of their staff are friendly, they know what they are doing , and the best thing of all is they remember every single persons name from walking in the door. If your looking for a fun environment, no judgement , and really great people this is a great place for you.

Tracy, Todd and their awesome team of coaches bring energy and enthusiasm to each F45 class. You receive the quality instruction and attention to detail of a personal trainer but delivered in a group environment. There is no need to feel intimidated as the coaches are right there to support you and encourage you every step of the way. The studio is beautiful, organized and impeccably clean. In the short time F45 Red Deer has been open, I can confidently say this is the best HIIT workout in Red Deer. It can be scary and cause anxiety to start your fitness journey, especially in a team training gym setting. However, owner Tracy along with their trainers Ashley, Collin, Kristin and Teri have and are building a great gym culture. The variety in workouts appeal to everyone and I am addicted. It is a lot of fun and on Saturday's F45 brings in a live DJ to push you ever further. If you are thinking about it? Just do it. Go to their website and sign up for their free trial.

my husbands work had a membership here for some of the staff. they cancelled it after F45 publicly posted they would break safety mandates, while using that platform to say "make the switch to us". We made a switch alright. The anti-rhetoric at this place was unbearable. Tracy can't separate work from opinion.

I have done several diets and workouts to get in shape and I can confidently say that F45 was the most sustainable (and fun) experience yet. The owners are very involved and look after their members, coaches are great at motivating and encouraging the class, and the workouts will develop usable strength and endurance that you didn’t have before. Positive experience , I came for a drop in class and the owner was friendly and motivating , the studio was clean and the covid restrictions were taken , F45 is perfect for the ones who have busy schedule as its 45 minutes and a full body workout ( cardio/strength training ) , highly recommended!!
