Prices are ridiculous vs other gyms in the area . As well the owner has been extremely rude to acquaintances these past couple months. And they close early some nights, unreliable.

I have been a member of this gym since it opened in 2001. Same caring and professional owner who is educated in physical education. All staff members are Kenisiotherapists or Physiotherapists. You receive a free training plan that is updated every 3 months. Mini juice bar. Very clean and new equipment added all the time. Clean washrooms with showers and lockers and the staff ensure you are doing exercises properly so you don't hurt yourself. All this for less than most gyms. Pick your payment plan, monthly, 3 months, 6 months, yearly.... Excellent location with golf course, airport and shopping close by.
