The service is poor and filled with hidden fees. I have moved from the City and the gym will not agree to stop charging me, even though the move was discussed prior to signing up. There was also multiple "charges" without reason throughout my duration at the gym.

Convenient location with ample parking. Lots of well maintained workout equipment for all your needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy however, so do be sure to lock your doors. All in all, it's a great gym with equipment to suit all your needs.

I have tried calling them several times to try and get my membership canceled because I moved to langley and every time i call i get the same answer that somebody would call me back with the information or the authority to cancel my membership. The gym us really nice but this is not acceptable to me. Just a trap according to me think before you join

It's reputation has gone to hell. The customer service is a joke there. "Get a membership or get out" is their basic philosophy. I personally wouldn't recommend this gym.

I appreciate how clean the gym is their is this one blond girl that cleans the whole time makes me feel safer to go with all the covid issues. I find the corded vacuum annoying because I do not want to step on it and interfere with the nice cleaning

After trying out many different gyms here locally I decided to join Gold's. Not only are the staff here easily the most friendly, they also keep this gym absolutely spotless. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the change rooms or any of the equipment. They have tons of cardio machines so you don't have to wait to use the machine you want. They also have great tanning beds and boast a wonderful steam room. The cost of a membership is extremely competitive and the membership offers discounts on clothing, supplements as well as perks like their in-house spa. Overall a fantastic place to work-out and get into the best shape of your life.

Will charge huge fees in the hundreds of dollars to cancel your membership and when you sign up they don't tell you that the Golds in Prince George is "independently owned" so when you move you cant transfer your membership. If you're considering using this gym, don't. *Edit to Golds Response* I don't know who Joshua is, but if multiple people are having this problem you should probably think about changing your internal policies. Your gym is unprofessional and when looking at ratings other members have left, the worst rated gym in town.

Was in town 4 days for work and needed a gym to go to. Just across the street from the Marriot and much better than the small gym they had there. This Gold's Gym had pretty much every machine, weight, and racks you could think of. It's probably the most entertaining thing to do in Prince George ????

Gym equipment was dusty, clearly had not been cleaned in a while. When mentioned worker was rude about it as if it didn't matter.

Excellent facility and knowledgable starr. I was in Prince George for a few days longer than expected so had to find a gym to keep my fitness routine up. I live in Vancouver but never used a Gold’s. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how clean, modern, and well equipped this was. I had a very enjoyable work out and won’t hesitate to drop in again next time I am in town.

Best gym in prince george. Has everything a person could need for a work out. Has separate areas for cycling, aerobic workouts and a class for group sessions. Hours are great for early mornings or late night workouts.
