Awesome atmosphere! Went in for a Workout while in town. Very welcoming atmosphere made it feel like I was at my home gym! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town! Wish I had time for more then one workout!

I tried out CrossFit last year with my boyfriend. I wasn’t sure if I would like it but decided to give it a try. After my first class I fell in love with it. Not only is it great for fitness, but the community is so incredibly uplifting. It’s basically my second home currently.

I so love it here. In my 3 years training they've helped me go from a non gym person to someone who feels comfortable in the gym. Highly recommend for beginners or experienced people!
