Hardcore gym. The real thing. They don’t make gyms like this anymore. Family owned and operated since 2001. Gino is a “one of a kind, break the mold then grind it into dust” guy. A true warrior. 24 hour access. Good for boxing as well. Surprisingly lots of women training there....

Has ALWAYS been my favourite gym. It's small, but comfortable. Members are not sketchy; they are real people and not meatheads. Pricing is great, and I love the 24hr availability. If you're looking to join a gym and you don't know where to go, or to start, or you might be shy or out of shape (round is a shape!), you will certainly feel comfortable here. I've seen members of ALL ages and sizes. Check it out!

I recently joined X Fitness and am pleased with my decision. It is close to my work place and the staff have been very considerate and helpful in setting up a workout plan. I would recommend this centre to anyone who wants to get back into shape.

Originally I left a very positive review for this gym. The owners CLAIM to be Christian but are complying with Antichristian and discriminatiory policies. While it's NOT their fault that our Provincial government has unlawfully overstepped and trampled human rights, every business and individual persons can choose NOT to comply and tie the courts up, which is our only means to fight back. When I tried to discuss this with them I got snarky one word responses that were most definitely NOT apologetic nor sympathetic. Fake Christians in my opinion.
