One of the best decisions I made last year was to hire Kaitlin as a trainer. I knew it was time to get serious about maintaining and building muscle strength, but I didn't know where to begin. As a mature person, I didn't want to injure myself trying to keep up with a one-size-fits all program. Kaitlin offers her clients a perfect balance between challenging, encouraging, and informative workouts. She is sensitive to the clients' concerns and she is with you every step of the way.
