A great place, but unfortunately I've had to hold off on renewing my membership due to the discriminatory vaccine mandate imposed by our Government. I know of many people in the same boat and it's unfortunate that this is causing businesses to lose money and also division within society. I encourage everyone who disagrees with these mandates to write into Government officials, sign petitions, goto peaceful protests and or complain to company's in a polite fashion so that they will also write in and take action. I still gave 5 stars as I understand this was pushed on the company by our Government and is NOT specifically the company's fault but please know that you are losing business because of this.

Did all my swimming lessons here as a kid and had some of the staff teach me some great lessons this place is not good however for youth action, or at least when i was 10 years younger it was bad as kids were always bullied but to be fair they had few staff for it. I hope its better now.

It's a great place to work out in a cycle Fit class. Kids programs coincide with the time of the Saturday morning class and many of the evening classes.

I've been a member since new facility opened. My husband goes for cardiac rehab. I do my own thing while he's busy with the program. Every age and fitness level. Running track and weight training.

The Welland YMCA is my favorite gym that I have ever joined. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are people there from all different fitness levels so I didn't feel shy or embarrassed while learning the equipment. They are always updating the equipment. It is very clean and modern and the classes are great. I really like the availability of evening classes that I can get to after work.

This fitness center has good day cares for younger kids but has a giant price tag for memberships here. Its 7 dollars for a day pass when x fitness offers 9.99 monthly memberships. Although there is a price difference ymca offers a lot more. Swimming pools to tracks and indoor basketball courts. The place is in modern condition but yet again is way overpriced. 50 dollars I believe is a monthly membership there which is insane. I feel like if you are focusing on gyms more just go to a different center. If you are looking for everything in one building that's the YMCA.

What an amazing place for families! bouncy room in one gym with swimming lessons and child physical literacy programs going on at the same time! Parents can work out while children are interacting, having fun, and learning life skills all at the same time under one roof.

Good Place for youths and seniors work wise is okay long hours minimum wage for most positions Management / HR department really need better people all they care about is themselves you do not feel like you are part of a team the way they treat their employees also some of the management is not qualified for their jobs in my opinion and may have "bought" their way in!.

Staff are rude here and strict. I can walk in the hall and they’ll yell at me. Overall nice place and nice gym, the gym is really good and helped me get into shape. The swimming pool is nice but there’s a no diving rule, so I can’t dive. I also really like the work out place up top.

Absolutely astonishing. Typical YMCA facility, but INCREDIBLE staff. A handsome young buck named Preston took me to the moon and back. Wow. Haven't felt this young in a long, long, long, time. I don't even care that their shakes were garbage, as I imagine Preston (or as I call him "little P" hehe) will turn that place around when he works his way up to ownership. I cannot place enough emphasis on their hiring process. I wouldn't trust any place that wouldn't hire Preston.

They have really great staff and great facilities. Its always clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Don't go to the pools if you're sensitive to chlorine though, because it's very strong there. It's a nice-looking place as well. They're accessible, family friendly, and fun. There's a family change room which is very helpful and the looks are heated and indoor so you can swim year-round. If you or your kids want to get involved with activities they have kids programs, adult programs, sports, swimming lessons for all ages and more.

I like this location. They have a variety of equipment and things to do. The pool is large and the activities are quite diverse (classes, lessons, gym use, etc). The only downside is that it is usually crowded on the cardio bikes and free weights area. The staff are fairly helpful. The snack/smoothie bar is great too! They have lots of options. Everything from food to shakes. They even offer pre-workout shots and things like ACV shots.

Clean facility with friendly staff. Price for gym only is fair but the all inclusive membership gets a bit steep. COVID check-ins are a bit redundant due to needing of vaccination to get a member ship anyways but still a comfortable place.

Love this place. Staff are always awesome and friendly. The floor staff never make me feel silly for asking about new exercises or machines. Very friendly. I've been a member for about a year and a half and couldn't be happier. My kids also take swimming lessons and the instructors are amazing. My kids have taken lessons elsewhere and never improved. They're flying through levels since starting here. And my son counts down the days until he gets to see Katie. She's great. My one complaint...you need a second leg press. It's like hunger games trying to get a turn on it LOL
