Zac and Chris are amazing!! I stared a few months ago with Chris and been killing it ever since. My weight goals are being hit and feeling stronger than ever. One of the benefits I have noticed is my Mental Health and I wasn't expecting that at all. I feel happier and less in a fog. Working on my strength and health has helped in my business life also much clearer mind and don't feel like I am in that fog at all anymore. Where do I start. I've tired many diet's and gym's in my life and no matter how hard I worked at it nothing ever seemed to stick. But since signing up with forge I can honestly say I'm starting to notice a difference in myself not just physically but mentally as well. Not only is it a professional setting that focuses on allowing you to reach your goals but it is also a positive and fun environment that allows everyone to feel welcome!
