Since doing her plan my body fat percentage went down and I enjoyed her coaching. New to fitness or competitive athlete I would recommend Hana fitness plans.

First off, I sincerely want to thank Hana for everything throughout this 8 week program. She has been supportive and accessible and always motivating. Right from the start she answered all my questions, was non-judgemental and continued to be as new things came up. When starting Hana’s program I was about 5 months into my weight loss/lifestyle change, I had been exercising and trying to restrict my diet/eat healthy. Based on other trainers recommendations, I was eating what I now know is too little! I felt sluggish and weak even though I did enough strength training that I should be getting stronger. I also felt like I needed to spend so much time exercising to make an impact. During work I felt fatigued and like I couldn’t get through my day ... when I woke up each morning I couldn’t fathom thinking about all I needed to accomplish in a day most days... after the first few weeks and even more so 4+ weeks into Hana’s program I had less and less fatigued days, the sluggish feeling is almost never there and I honestly look forward to early mornings so I can get a start on my day and complete the workout of that day, I even turned into a morning person for workouts a few days a week and feel like I can accomplish so much! I also have struggled with chronic low back pain for about 4 years, it had gradually gotten slightly better since I began exercising in January, but since starting Hana’s program my back has felt the best it has since I can remember, most of my days I forget that I even had back pain, which is something I never thought I would be able to say! Besides that, I went down a clothing size, 2 jean sizes, I lost 4 lbs (which I was plateaued for weeks before her program and was actually gaining weight slowly despite exercising and eating what I would consider healthy) and lost almost 7 inches in total between my belly, hips, and chest measurements and feeling more toned than I ever have been. I truly feel the best I have since I can remember. Now my input on the program! Hana’s program uses an app that has a schedule showing your daily tasks i.e. what exercise program you need to do and a daily healthy habit to consider adding to your day which I loved! On the app it has each exercise described and a video to show the technique which takes the guess work out of an exercise program. And it keeps you accountable knowing you have accomplished what you should each day. The exercises are very applicable to any skill level, if you can do just your body weight, 2 lbs or 12 lbs, you do what you can at that stage. They are also so do-able time wise. Everyone has 20 to 30 minutes for themselves in a day even busy professionals and parents! Instead of sitting on your phone for 20 minutes, get the HIIT session done and you’ll feel good from exercising and good about getting it done! The program also has an easy to follow recommended meal plan for you to follow with a breakdown of the food groups you should be consuming and the daily caloric goal. It is NOT a restrictive, calorie counting diet... she recommends a healthy caloric intake for safe and gradual weight loss, no starving yourself or feeling hungry throughout the day. It is also flexible enough that if you’re going out for pizza you can accommodate for that by eating less fat for breakfast or lunch and saving it for when you know you’re not having the healthiest supper for example. The program also comes with a tonne of resources including healthier take-out options for common restaurants, tips, a recipe book with healthy alternatives, and ideas from each food group. All of these components were so helpful and I loved having them to refer to. I have recommended Hana and this program to anyone who asks me about it; friends, family, and my own clients! I am completing another round and can’t wait to see where it takes me! I truly believe she is committed to helping you succeed and the program sets you up for success. I would 100% recommend it, if you put the effort and commitment in on your end, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been with Hana for 2 years. The transformation physically and mentally have been enormous. I don't look like a 50 something grandma anymore. I not only have gone down 4 sizes but, have changed my outlook on many things. I am more positive about myself and the things I can do. I eat healthier and have more energy than I have had in years. I had a hard time finishing a session in the beginning. Now, I cant wait for it. Thanks Hana for showing an old girl to live again.
