Went in last night with my son. We had a great experience. Awesome workout and a really great and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Blands to anyone even remotely interested. Give it a shot!

Both Bobby and Jim are both so knowledgeable in boxing. Bobby was a Canadian champ, and they both know a lot about coaching . I would recommend their gym to everyone and anyone, it is so worth it for the price as well compared to a lot of other places who charge an arm and a leg. Best of luck.

Where do I start? Jimmy and Rob are some of the nicest trainers I've ever had the pleasure to train with. Great place for anyone looking to get into shape or start boxing! Highly recommend.
