This gym has a family atmosphere, the trainers are very welcoming and very passionate about the work they are doing. Everyone is very friendly and someone is always willing to help. The trainers are very well educated and are always excited to teach. The CrossFit classes and Bootcamp classes are very fun lead by amazing trainers. The owner of the gym has high standards for the gym as it is always clean and well organized. when partaking in any class everyone welcomes you with open arms and you do not feel judged as everyone is very supportive of one another. No matter what level of fitness you have I highly recommend this gym. this gym is hands down the best in Welland. 100%

If you enjoy exercising and enjoy a variety of weightlifting movements come join us! Crossfit is by far the most fun I have had exercising. I always look forward to the next class. The owners and coaching staff are very knowledgeable and push you to do your best!
