Found this gym through YELP and this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers (Andrew, JP, Mikey, Michael, Matt and the one and only Krista). They are eager to help and will to take time with you. They offer different group classes and also personal training. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. It's been a month since I started and I'm feeling a lot better about myself.

Great gym, clean space, private training is awesome here. Ask for Johnny! Classes can be difficult because they mix in all different levels, but you'll definitely get a work out.

Amazing place with amazing coaches and people!! The coaches do a great job with keeping this place thoroughly clean and safe for everyone.
