Came here with friends from Merrill House, Jeff led an amazing session in his tidy home studio. I really appreciated the clear instructions and options for varying levels of intensity, I was able to do the majority of the session eyes closed (personal preference) and felt amazingly relaxed after.

My Yoga Sojourn began when I was invited by Janice to get involved in a long distance class every Thursday night while I was living in Winnipeg Manitoba after meeting Janice and Jeff on one trip to Picton in late 2019. The new routine was difficult to set in because my tendencies not to move, but the community that was created hold me tight and now I am so grateful for their friendship and connection. Moving forward to today, I am averaging 3-4 classes a week and my practice had given me Peace, Health, Regained Flexibility, Challenges and a Wonderful bunch of Friends! Thank you for All the Blessings you bring into my Life????????
