Pilates classes here are great. She really knows her stuff and can explain everything with clarity. Highlight of my week. Always leave feeling stronger and taller and with some ab definition. Downtown picton so plenty of parking. an hour flies by.

A few gyrotonic classes with Vivian and decades of stiffness and tension were gone . Highest recommendation ! She is a calm pro who explains and guides with a lot of patience and also humour. She can mix in other methods like Pilates and yoga and tailors sessions to needs.zero straining but lots of strengthening. Great for anyone, even beginners or someone coming through rehab after an injury. The best in the county!

amazing instructor with tremendous wealth of knowledge. Vivian offers pilates, as well as gyrotonics, which I had not heard of until i started in her studio. dramatic increases in flexibility, range of motion, and strength. can't say enough about how much i enjoy these classes and benefit from them
