Love the semi-private sessions they are offering during COVID. Great, knowledgeable, instructors and quick but effective 50 minute whole-body workouts that combine strength training and cardio. Thanks Josh and Holly!

I would 100% recommend this gym! The staff are incredible! They are professional and really great to work with. The facility has a range of modern equipment that is in great condition. The washrooms are always immaculate. Give it a try today... you won't be disappointed!
