I have been a member for about 2 years and recently had my 1st squash match since I joined. The courts are very true, well maintained and incredibly clean along with the rest of the club. I know it has been tough on the fitness industry these past 2 years. This is one of the cleanest and best run non-private clubs I have ever experienced. Keep up the great work you guys!

Definitely the best gym in town! There are many equipment options to choose from, and multiple work out areas so that you always have more than enough space. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness is unmatched. This gym is ideal no matter what workout style you may have.

This place is amazing. The staff here are friendly, helpful and approachable, and the change room and equipment are very clean! I've tried two other gyms in town and this one is by far the best so far. Really great classes too, if you get a chance, give them a try!

Love it here! The staff are always helpful, the gym is clean and has a actual hip thrust machine (those are hard to find!). Lots of cardio machines and equipment. 2 squat racks and it's never so busy you can't get one. Best leg press I've ever used as well. Great for the hammies as the angles are perfect!

What a waste of time! Went here thinking it was a legit World Gym. Before you waste your time - it isn't. I'm not sure how they are able to use the World Gym name. Maybe World Gym has lowered their standards? Anyway took the tour then immediately walked out and worked out down the road at a better gym. Its small, equipment is ancient and just plain bad. Don't waste your time.

Nice clean facility. Membership fees are moderate, include access to classes, squash and racquetball courts. Ladies only area is small. Equipment is maintained. Classes are great, fair variety, some book up very quickly. Very hard/impossible to make a racquetball booking in the winter between 4-8pm weekdays.

Gym area is small and equipment very dated. (including the cardio equipment) Vibe was meh (if that matters to you) I guess if you predominantly play squash then this would be the place to go as it has 2 courts. Classes can't comment because not my thing. I found it very very odd that there is a pub/restaurant attached to this fitness center as well. The smell of food cooking while I'm working out is weird and kinda gross. It seems like the new owners focused too much on the pizza restaurant and completely forgot about the "fitness" part of this business Staff seemed very nice and change rooms etc were clean but small. Overpriced memberships considering all the short comings. Club needs a major overhaul to charge that much per month. Better places to work out in Penticton but this will get the job done.
