Just need more personal shower stalls; editted my comment about the bugaboo programs. They are ridiculously expensive now. They used to be affordable at 39 dollars. Now it will cost you about 1570 dollars more

I swim here all the time. One of the best pools and changing area. Excellent staff, experienced instructors, lots of activities for those that want to join organized events or exercises. I don't need them, but there seems to be no shortage of equipment available to make the pool accessible for everybody.

This place is fantastic, nice pools and hot tub, the fitness centre is kinda small but is inexpensive. Hours work for my work schedule, to come for an afternoon swim/workout.

Really great pool. The temperatures in the pool are very warm which is awesome. Only complaint and it's a big one is they do swim lessons in the afternoons when everyone else is using the pool and kind of take over the pool area. They even section off areas making the pool quite small and crowded for the general public.

All my experiences in the pool have been positive, however, for the 3rd time today, I arrived and was not able to find a parking spot. I drove around the parking lot with all the other people who were looking for a spot, for 15 minutes - almost had one, but the other person got to it first. I go to the pool from Oliver twice weekly to attend the REACT program. If I can't find a parking spot, I can't attend which was the case today. After 15 minutes of searching for a spot, and seeing the number of people in the lot doing the same thing, I went back home to Oliver - which was physically difficult for me as I hadn't had my swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub. Perhaps on days when there is something special going on at the Convention Centre, we could be advised, or other parking arranged, with a shuttle bus to get people back to the Centre? Can't think of any other solutionbs right now.

Pretty good. Change room can be crowded depending on time of day. DRY sauna, WET sauna, Hot tub, shallow warm pool, regular pool etc. Best to soak in hot tub then jump on the deep end of cold pool. That'll get yer blood pumpin!

The new community center is a beautiful building that has everythi ng promised. It has a beautiful pool with a lap area, diving area, kids pool as well as a beautiful area meant for seniors and those with disabilities to walk through enabling them exercise with water resistance. Their disability and wheel chair access is above and beyond. A must see when in Penticton!
