Hands down the best gym I have gone to in Ottawa. Open for the majority of the day with enough equipment for any kind of workout and is rarely crowded. The owners are very friendly and understanding, and the place is very clean. You can't beat what this gym offers in terms of accessibility, space, price, and comfort of workout.

The gym most of our team has been going to for a few years now! It's small, family run, and never too busy! Getting yourself in better shape, or into any shape at all is great and easy with the whole team at TFF!

Great gym. Good selection of equipment, dumbbells, benches and heavy weights. There are a few components I'd like to see but if you get a little creative, you can still have a great workout. No loud music blaring and no "attitude". People just come to get their workout on. If you're looking for a nice place to train, in the heart of Centretown, check it out.
