As someone who has had a love/hate relationship with fitness over the years and has tried out many different gyms, I can confidently say I have found my FOREVER gym! F45 OC is like no other - you receive endless support from the amazingly talented + highly trained coaches, all while being in a group environment surrounded by other wonderful people trying to better their lives as well. F45 has an inclusive, non-judgmental and caring atmosphere. They listen to your goals and help you every step of the way to achieve them. This goes for the Whitby West location as well (also owned by the incredible duo, Whit + Chris). If you’re looking for a safe space to get your health on track (or maintain an already developed fitness routine) this is the place for you! NEGLIGENT OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT COVID OR THE SAFETY OF THEIR COMMUNITY. There is a Covid-19 outbreak at this location that began several weeks ago and management has STILL not sent out communication to notify the studio. Does your community and their loved ones not deserve to know when they have been in contact with a positive case? This virus is very real and the way the owners are just sweeping it under the rug is appalling… Especially around the holidays when families are gathering. Do better.

I’ve been a part of a lot of gyms, this one in particular is nothing like the rest of them. The trainers here truly love what they do and it shows every single day. I’ve never been so excited to go to the gym before until I started coming here. It’s a great group of people who are apart of this gym and I’m forever grateful of F45 members, trainers and the owners for always making the gym such an unbelievably pleasant place to come day in and day out.

I had the opportunity to outfit this studio for the owners and now have been working out there since the studio opened! I was not one to enjoy working out but this place has changed my mind for sure! The F-45 workouts are amazing thanks to all the great coaches and owners! Highly recommend checking this place out! They definitely care about the OC community!

F45 is fantastic!! The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and facilitate fun yet challenging workouts. The gym and equipment is also top-notch! The pandemic has definitely complicated things for the owners and staff, but I’ve been pleased at the level of vigilance they display in pre-workout screening and high-touch sanitizing. This is probably the only spot I do feel comfortable working out at during this stage of the pandemic. They care about their clientele like family, and every conversation and interaction reinforces that!
