When I first approached Fitness Coach, Adrian, he was friendly and confident, and very knowledgable about Fitness and working-out. And most of all, his fit and built physique explained it all. I always say one must lead by example and his was visible.
He asked me what my goals were, what I wanted to achieve, how I wanted to look, and how many days weekly I can commit to in order to achieve them. He also asked me some other important questions like my age, and any health issues for example, and then customized both a workout and daily meal plan accordingly. He reviews my daily meals and workout regime to ensure I am keeping on track and discourages me from slipping-in any unrecommended or unhealthy food items.
My workouts are challenging and full of variety which includes flexibility, strength, posture, balance, endurance, etcetera, Adrian watches to ensure I do them correctly and also explain what it will do for me, and with the positive outcome from this I was able to participate in a 5K Run for charity, for the first time, which was a great experience for me. I also found that I slept better than before, feel much stronger and have more energy. I am now able to carry an 18 litre bottle of water single-handily where as before I had to hug it with both hands to manage it, and I am so proud about that. I see a nice overall difference in my body. I am loving the nicer look of my butt, I see the cut forming in my triceps and the bump in my biceps and I get compliments and admirations on my flater tummy.
I did not know what to do or where to start to achieve my goals, plus, I somewhat lacked motivation before Adrian's help and could not have attained these results, so far, on my own.
Working with Adrian is a positive ongoing experience for me and I recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent lead-by-example coach who will work diligently with them, is very accommodating, provides advice and recommendations, is positive, and always has a pleasant smile.
