Susie is an amazing instructor who plans her work-outs according to clientele strengths and needs. Her studio is clean and safe for exercise. The atmosphere is caring and encouraging. I enjoy her classes immensely.

Highly recommend visiting Susie for for fitness needs. She offers a Pilates reformer class which is hard to find in our area. She is knowledgeable and super friendly.

The owner is very good at getting you set up. She is almost always there. Good variety of machines and weights. It is kept clean too
