I began my fitness journey wanting to increase my fitness and feel strong, like I used to in my twenties. After having 2 children and going all-in every day with a busy career, I wasn't making fitness as much of a priority as I needed to. A friend recommend that I try a bootcamp class... I knew I could probably do it. I knew what it was like to train hard, but it had been a while. I started 2 years ago, and I haven't looked back. I have made it a priority and commitment. It's a juggle, but I have the support of my family and 3 awesome trainers Cass and Jordan and Joanna!
For me, I want to be a good role model to my students and my children to live a full, strong life.
HQFS create workouts that are balanced to keep your entire body strong. There is always so much variety! Every time I go, I am challenged to push myself further. Training with HQFS helps me channel my inner and outer strength! They are always so patient with all clients to ensure that we are working out with the correct posture, movement and weights!
I started with a goal to head into my 40's in the best shape possible and I am well on my way because of HQ. I have lost and kept 20 pounds off and gained quite a bit of muscle! I feel back on track with fitness and I will keep working through my journey with Cass and the team.
