I had attended my first yoga class ever with Murray guiding the class. Before the class he took the time to calm my nerves. He emphasized that it didn’t matter that I did the position exactly the way he did, but rather that I didn’t hurt myself. And to modify or make adjustments according to my abilities (so in a stretch, if I couldn’t reach down to my toes, reaching below my knees was acceptable). His instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The equipment in the yoga is all new and there is lots of room. I found parking on the street but there is also a paid parking lot behind Mariposa Market which is within walking distance.

Beautiful welcoming space. Knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Wide variety of classes offered including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Core, Happy Hips and restorative yoga. Highly recommend ????
