This is a great gym. Some gyms are really pretentious but this gym is very laid back. It's never too busy in there so you can always get on the equipment you need. They even have a full boxing room, TRX, basketball and an outdoor obstacle course! Also a pool. This gym is totally affordable and has it all. They even have towel service ;)

This gym is very clean, with good protocols in place for covid-19. We book our time for a 90 min slot. We wear masks while moving around. We are given individual rags and cleaner bottles. Equipment is in good repair. Yoga classes start this week.

The staff are incredible. The atmosphere is calm and cool. There aren't 100000 people waiting in lines for equipment which is helpful. This place is my home away from home.

Really enjoy working out here. Its not like those low-fee gyms that are full of steroid ridden lunks clanging and banging around all the time. I would have given it 5 stars but the owners refuse to repair the roof so everytime any significant rain falls or snow melts there are literally buckets scattered around the floor to catch the dripping (sometimes darn near pouring) water. Time to fix the roof guys!

Absolutely love this gym. Even at its peak busy hours the various workout rooms are never crowded. They also offer an array of fitness classes geared to all levels of fitness and all genders. They also have a pool, a great obstacle course and a boxing room. The front desk employees are always smiling and kind and the trainers are the friendliest people I've ever met. If you're looking for a gym, I would highly recommend Energy Fitness Studio

Very disappointed in this gym. They are not willing to make an exception for someone who is unable to show QR codes. They were happy to take my money though, and now refuse to refund me. Scott told me "too bad" since I am not following the gov mandate - I am out of luck .... & out $150 in membership fees I paid in advance. Businesses are showing their true colours through this pandemic. Many are great but Energy Fitness is not one of the good ones. Stay away and do NOT prepay any fees to these people. Not trustworthy at all.

Awesome gym at a fair price. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The change rooms are nice and the showers are clean. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth checking out this gym.

Very poor customer service since re-opening. Staff assures you the membership can be placed on hold when the covid reduced hours don't fit your schedule and then they retract and steal 6 months of time from a paid in full member. The gym manager is hand-cuffed by the GM and unable to do anything for clients who were affected by the reduced hours. Good gym but find somewhere else to work out who will treat their customers right.

Love this gym. They need to expand as people are finally figuring out how great this place is so it can be quite busy at times. Lots of equipment. Nice price. Been a member for a few years now.

Best gym in St. Catharine's! There's lots of equipment available, both in the cardio room and in the weight room. It never feels too crowded in there, even during peak times. Staff is always cleaning. Memberships are affordable and you get a ton of amenities that come with it.
