I hoped for a great experience, as was promised when we first visited the Center.
At the time of initial visit, we were told although they don’t have a refund on cancellation policy, they would allow refund if cancellation done well in advance.
Then covid hit. I tried to contact via phone, email, IG multiple times to find out the status. I got zero response through any method of communication!
I finally asked to be contacted otherwise I would have to post a review on their business.
Miraculously, I received a curt message from the Center, telling me that they are a small business so I should forfeit my deposit to help them out. Covid caused difficulties for everyone and as we were assured that we would be able to cancel and they didn’t have a realistic start date, I explained I would prefer to cancel and have my deposit returned.
After a few WEEKS of trying to get a hold of them, I was told they would respond once they reopen.
I had to contact again and was called today for the refund (finally) but told it’s probably won’t work because we were closed for 3 months.’
To this date, they continue to deny getting messages from me, and I am still waiting for that confirmation.
I understand covid threw everyone for a loop and made things challenging but in today’s time of virtual communication, there is no excuse to not be able to reach a small business— especially one that is apparently so desperate to retain business. They lack professionalism, integrity and communication skills, all the qualities that should help small businesses succeed.
