I am extremely please with the MUSCLE HQ facility. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. The facility has great equipment with a wide variety and the member app for booking and screening is very user friendly. I am especially content with the safety protocols in place at this facility and how diligent the staff are in ensuring the rules are followed. It is great to see the transparency and integrity the owners have, as they have openly shared that they operate under 100% compliance with all public health and safety measures and anyone interested in coming here versus your typical commercial game experience , I highly recommend !

Muscle HQ came at the time of need to support the community and keep people working out. The facility is of a very decent size with great variation of machines (selectorised weights, unilateral, etc.), benches, cables, and weights that go up to 140lbs :) Even at busy times people are well segregated with access to large number of benches spread across the gym. Leg machines and workouts are just ACE. Management is top notch who strive to offer high quality gym, members are so diverse and hardworking, different membership options and very easy to access from the high way. I highly recommend the gym whether you are new to the gym or hitting the stage soon.

So after working with Ali for a couple months I was very satisfied and happy with his service. He not only got me ready for my photoshoot but he also gave me a friendly nudge to compete again where I took second place and coached me through that as well. He saw potential in me that I didn’t think I had anymore. He was attentive, knowledgeable and his communication skills were nothing less then great. He explained and taught me the process he was bringing me through. Any questions or concerns he answered and made me feel better about the process. I have nothing but good things to say about Ali and I look forward to working with him again when he coaches me into my next show!

Best Gym in Oakville! There are no cardio-classes or any of the extras you find in fitness centres. It's just a pure and wonderful collection of iron that's waiting for you to move it around. The folks who work here are fantastic and the vibe is very welcoming. Also, the key fob for members to come at any time of the night or day is such a brilliant idea! No matter when you need it, Muscle HQ is waiting for you to show up! Perfect!

Excellent gym. Fully equipped with PLENTY of top quality weight plates, dumbbells and a very large variety of machines that can work every muscle. Convenient location and large space. Ali Siddiqui and other trainers are professionals and friendly , they genuinely care about members getting outstanding workout experience and achieving their fittness goals. I highly recommend it if you want to get serious workout results and receive top notch customer service.

Best gym. 24/7 too. Nicest people greeting you at the front counter. Went in and got treated like family within first 2 mins. Gym has everything you need and all the machines work perfectly, more than enough dumbbells. Definitely try this place out and it’s open RIGHT NOW TOO!!

The HQ!! One of my favourite gyms to date! There's so much freaking energy in this place! From sobhi gassing you up the minute you walk in to seeing Ali stacking on the weight and moving it around like nada! The gym staff and members are super friendly, everyone is there for one reason.. to put in work! The equipment is top of the line, and their always investing into new equipment, so don't surprise one day when daddy Remon shows up with the rental Truck loaded with new weights and machines. Also.. The music is always good whenever i go, so if you forget your headphones don't worry.. sobhi's playlist will save ya.

I’ve been a member of many gyms from Mississauga (Movati), to SF, LA (Golds), Austin, Texas (Lifetime), you name it. Muscle HQ has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ali and Sobhi are super helpful and down to earth. They’re always working to improve the gym and take the time to cater to every members’ needs. The gym has transformed with new and better equipment in front of my eyes. The equipment is legit for any serious bodybuilder or fitness professional. You can even get a shake or a macro friendly meal on the way out. So many knowledgeable people there who can give you fitness and nutritional advice at any time. It’s truly been a life changing experience for me. Thank you and please keep it up.

Absolutely love this place! Great atmosphere with staff that really cares about you and your experience. The staff at muscle HQ really goes out of their way to make the experience amazing for its members, making it a great environment to train. I honestly learned so much about fitness and working out after switching to this gym as the community there really builds their members up and helps one another if you ever have any question about machines, exercises, form and so on. They are also constantly looking for feedback from members to upgrade their equipments, and overall experience which I have never experienced from any other gyms. Overall, I am definitely here to stay and will continue to train here :)

Staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment here includes all the machines, weights and cardio equipment you expect from a well equipped gym, but also some extra specialty equipment I haven't seen before. Supplement and smoothie bar has everything: smoothies, shakes, supplement, etc. Booking is easy using their app. Never have any issue booking spots.

True to its name, this really is the Head Quarters! An amazing gym with state of the art equipment, 24/7 access, and even has a Hercs Nutrition store built in! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable trainers are even available for all your fitness goal needs. Look no further and sign up!

Despite these difficult times in Ontario with gyms being shut down for months, Muscle HQ has come to the rescue and followed all safety protocols with its cleanliness and guidelines. Not having access to a proper gym since lockdown last November I was excited to be able to workout at MuscleHQ. I’ve only been a member for a little over a month however my experience has been nothing been positive. The communication when signing up was fast, friendly and efficient. Although I am probably in the worst shape out of everyone there, I throughly enjoy working out at MuscleHQ and find the atmosphere more motivating than commercial gyms. The staff and ownership are always friendly and appreciative of their members. The only reason I haven’t signed up for a longer membership is because I still have my GoodLife membership paused and once they open and my membership expires, I am definitely not going back to a commercial gym!
