Juan's Way Fit at Fifty

I came here for two reasons: 1- I can be at a gym for 3 hours and not break a sweat but think I actually worked out. 2- I got tired of waiting at machines while people were texting in between reps. After my tryout week at Greco I realized how out of "functional shape" I was. I can't recommend them enough. The staff is fantastic, the facilities are pristine and the members are super friendly also

The Gold plan is the way to go, the staff is amazing, the personalization of plan is very comprehensive due to every human body being inherently different. Classes are a blast and ITS CLEAN!!!! yay, lol!

What drew me in immediately to LF3 Oakville was the very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff members. LF3 offers comprehensive classes that deliver results. They play a great range of music and are excellent at keeping the workouts fresh. Annalisa does a stellar job on the protein shakes????????. If you are looking for a fairly priced gym with awesome classes and friendly staff, LF3 Oakville is hands down worth checking out. I have belonged to several gyms over the years in Oakville and I can honestly say that this team is doing an amazing job on all ends!

Money grab, they led you to believe you can cancel at any time, but when it comes down to it, its on their terms of cancelling on the 15 of each month. Same old money grab gym....
