I came to do my workout today on the 8th of October, they stopped me at the door telling me that my membership has been cancelled, so I had to wait for the manager to come and explain what went wrong with my membership and he told me that there has been an error on their end and that I had 5$ debt that was for some reason not taken out of my account and was carrying over to all my new payments because this mistake was made in February, I did not receive any emails and non of the staff members ever told me that I had some extra amount that I had to pay and that they have banned my membership until next week and he acknowledged that it was not my fault and that the problem happened on their end, and so my problem with this gym is the way they handled the situation, the manager sad "I'm gonna allow you to go in with a one day pass this time", my workout was at 12pm and it was already 12:40pm when he let me in so I asked that I cant do much workout in the 20 minutes I have left and if it would be fine if I can come later in the day to finish my workout, I was denied he said that the 20 minutes is all he could do for me which I found pointless, I really had a bad experience and feel wrong for and having to face the consequences of their mistakes.
I really come to change my opinion about Goodlife fitness in the pas week, just yesterday the power cut off in the gym during my workout I understand that these things happen and everyone has to leave for safety issues, the problem was when one of the staff members came to me and told me "you gotta hit the road".
I will not recommend this gym to anyone I was a member since January so 10 months now and they still treat me like this, I guess this gym is not about the Goodlife.
