i understand its COVID and its hard on everyone, but when you put on your website that 10spots left to book a training time, while there are no spots left, and you can't use the gym "so you won't loose customers", that is misleading information. Neither the app nor the website is working, people pay but can't use the gym, if you don't mislead people that you have spots open, they can try other options, but you keep it this way so you don't loose customers. this is BAD, when your customer service tells me to go and freeze my account that is even worse! Like all respected companies you should have a COVID advisory. BAD experience

Very disappointing experience today. Patrons are not observing the mask rules and the staff are not enforcing them. I asked a staff member today to speak to some people not wearing their masks but nothing changed; they did not put them on.

Equipped with Turf Zone, Prowler sled, Tire for flipping, punching bags, land mines, TRX, Kettle bells and both hydraulic and regular machines I’m certainly impressed. So many treadmills, elliptical and steppers. This facility is top quality in my eyes; and I’ve seen ALOT of other gyms.
Went into the facility. I wasnt hoping for much, it did have a smell to it, staff were okay. The memberships however were a little above and beyond. Theres a fee for the actual card you get, the annual fee was in fine print, it wasnt front and centre. A little disappointing.
They made a big promotion to get enrollments in the summer, promising it would open in October. Then they postponed it several times and are saying January. Hope they will return my money.
What an amazing gym, come enjoy this while there aren't too many people! It won't last forever, but by far the best gym I have ever been to and half the facilities are not up and running yet. All new equipment too, can't wait for the sauna to be working! Very friendly staff too :)
Very clean gym, substantial gym equipment and accessories. Nice people at front desk. Bathroom has enough lockers and I really like that they provide hairdryer which takes a lot of space in my gym bag. Highly recommended!

I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and can say Crunch Fitness is a great facility. The HIIT training space is a great addition to ramp up your work outs. The black membership is an amazing deal. For less than 25 dollars a month, my 16 year old son can work out with me every time as my guest with no extra fee.
This is a great gym! Great layout, lends itself to quick and efficient routines. Clean, new, warm and not too busy.

Although I see others have had negative experiences with this gym, I am happy to say that mine have been very good! I joined this gym in 2020 of October and I haven't had any bad experiences with them whatsoever. Billing has always gone accordingly and the gym is absolutely clean in comparison to many of the other larger commercial gyms I have been to. Great variety of machines and equipment to use. Everything you need really! The staff has also been exceptionally well in addressing any questions I have had in regards to payments made and opening hours (Thanks to Covid and the recent shutdowns lol). They are also very pleasant to chat with once you get to know them and they get to know you. Very different from the staff from other commercial training facilities I've been to. It's kind of a regular thing now to see staff at front desk being cold to their members at gyms lol. But the staff here have been, in my experiences, very welcoming! With Covid, it's presented new challenges for Crunch and other gyms alike, so I'm not gonna go ahead and blame them for things that are mandated upon them by the government. I also work at a gym in Toronto, and I understand the restrictions that are placed on us to operate and what our abilities are as employees at a franchised gym. Yes, I understand the complaints people may have in regards to the booking system, but at the current time, it is the most efficient and organized way of allowing people to use the gym. There really is no use in harassing the staff here about it, as it is quite simply put, out of their control. They've really done their best to accommodate everyone in the ways they can. Also, to book a spot, you must do so 22 hours before the time you would like to use the gym. I can see a lot of people haven't read the instructions that were sent to them via email lol.

Staff has zero respect to people who want to apply for a membership, terrible first impression of a gym. Especially people who want to join for the first day and workout if you think about going there and expecting for some help good luck, might aswell go home while you have the chance
Absolutely horrendous customer service. After sending an email to customers explaining we would not be charged during the pandemic, I was charged inconsistent amounts of money. No one ever answered the phone, and no one ever answered their email. Contract stated that i could cancel my membership if the services ceased to exist, yet I was charged almost $150 to cancel my membership. Biggest. Scam. Ever. I cannot explain enough how you should NOT go to this gym.

Greeted at the door and given a tour without solicitation. They have all services including tanning, hydromassage and second floor small group training area. I thoroughly enjoyed the gym. The area is spacious and all Equipment is new. I would definitely recommend this gym and will return.

Similar to what I’m reading below, they are crooks. I still have not received my reimbursement when they continued to charge me for 2 months after I canceled (had to cancel twice so it actually worked the 2nd time I guess)I thought Crunch had a bigger reputation than this. I am upset and will never sign up here again. Someone should bring this to court as I think many customers are dealing with this.
Good facility for the cost of membership. My only complaint is the men's change room is way too small. Its to crowded in there. The Waterdown location has a locker room that is 3-4 times bigger yet there is half the amount of people in Waterdown!! Makes no sense. Please knock down a wall and expand the change rooms.

This is not your typical starting at $10/mo gyn - Dumbells go to 125 - great for everyone at every level - large gym with everything including classes, tanning, daycare, saunas, water massage beds & I'm sure much more I have not yet seen - as a personal trainer & a member of 5 gyms this is my favorite - staff is extremely helpful - no pressure - no judgment & for those nervous about commitments - there's a no commitment membership as well - 5⭐plus Its Crunch Time ????
Great value. Tones of free weights, machines and cardio and you can't beat the price. If you're looking for a fancy gym with classes and juice bars this isn't it, but if you want to get in shape in an inspiring atmosphere join now.

I worked out at LA fitness for almost 10 years, leaving LA due to moving to Brantford with no locations out that way. I switched to Crunch Brantford and have had a great experience at that location. I pay the base fee at the Brantford location. I was in Oakville for 3 days for a conference. I called LA fitness to inquire if I can do 3 days of workouts, being a previous member for a very long time. They put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and after this told me that I would have to buy $16/day passes to workout. No thanks. I called Burloak Crunch and they said since you're a member at the Brantford location, ABSOLUTELY no problem, put my name in at the front desk, and I worked out for 3 days without any hassle. Crunch has been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking to switch gyms.

So happy this gym opened in my neighbourhood, it has everything you would want. Equipment is brand new , very clean, staff is friendly and not pushy. Price is great, my wife joined and loves the classes. It has been life changing for me.
Beware! This place is a rip off. The quality of the gym is mediocre at best but the experience I had with their staff is quite unprofessional. I had cancelled my membership and they continued to charge me after they confirmed to me that my membership was cancelled and that I will no longer be charged. Additionally, it takes a while to get in touch with their customer service. So with all that said, I highly recommend you think twice before signing up at this place, it's honestly not worth the headache.
Still not open...was told a month ago, they would be open in one or two more weeks. Called now and told the same thing. This is unacceptable and completely irresponsible on their part. Just open already!! If your waiting on a certain number of enrollments just remember...if you build it they will come. But if you delay they will give 1 star reviews. Let's gooooo
Julie is operating as the new manager for Crunch Burloak. I've been with the gym since before COVID and as all gyms should, they placed payments on hold until they reopened. The only thing is they didnt notify us directly when they did reopen so charges started coming out of my account. I wasnt expecting them to reopen so soon and given everything that's going on I wasnt prepared to pay this. Also, as I have a medical condition so I wasnt in a position to return. I spoke to the front desk clerk who advised that it could be reimbursed, but it depended on the manager. So I called and spoke with Julie who said the amount could not be reimbursed. She did not explain why and the based on the conversation it seemed like she just wasnt willing to do it. Given the situation right now with so many people including myself who are not prepared to take on extra financial commitments, I would have expected some sort of customer service gesture/exception. Previous management was much better in my experience, they would have made the exception. Overall, the gym was ok, there are 2 squat racks in the whole gym, which is way too few in my opinion. However, my experience was negatively skewed by that interaction. I would have just placed the account on hold but this has influenced me to cancel the account altogether. Update: 3 months after supposedly cancelling and this company is still charging me. I called the front desk and the rep there said "this has been happening to many people and expect them to try and credit you again". Clearly even the employees have no confidence in their management. I've been with at least a dozen different gyms and I've never had an issue, this is by far the worst gym.
Scam! Want my money back! They said they would be open in October, and we are continually told, "Oh just a couple more weeks." Four months and counting! Also the five star review is a scam. The place is not open and no one is going to give it five stars for dissapointing their clientele.
I absolutely love this gym. The staff and atmosphere are motivating!! I lost my motivation somewhere in the last few years and coming in has brought it back. I go almost every day now. That's saying something! The owner is always there, this shows me he is invested and very pleasant. He chats with the guests, asks how your class went, etc. I never feel intimidated walking in. Everyone is super friendly. Shout out to Vanessa who occupies my babe in kids crunch so I can do my thing. She's a gem :) I love love the Hitt classes ! Fun and challenging, bootcamp style with the ropes, etc. These classes have made fitness fun for me. I am starting to try the other classes. They are fun and you come out feeling great. Glow in the dark Zumba, creative and fun fitness! Super affordable!! Great for moms to have some gym, tan, massage time knowing their babes are well taken care of. Check this place out! #goodvibes
I would've given this gym a better review if it weren't for its adoration of practicing the oldest scam in the book: yearly, unbreakable contracts and lack of integrity. My issues stem all the way from charging me during my freeze period, charging me and my family during lockdown, to charging us incorrectly and breaching my contract. After taking close to a hundred dollars, they refused to refund me, driving my account into even another hundred nsf charge. Despite repeatedly proving to them they weren't in their technical and LEGAL right to charge me, their excuses were always "covid" related nonsense. As a student with little to no flexibility on expenses, this was extremely stressful and put me in an urgent need for my money back. I can safely go ahead and warn new comers of this franchise's awful, unfair tactics and advise any other young students to stay away from this gym. I was lucky enough to have my bank interfere and take note of their scammy business. No matter how good the $10/month deal sounds right now, you will regret it down the line, trust me. DO NOT sign up here!

used to come here and loved it! But I cancelled my membership after they opened from the pandemic because i didn’t feel comfortable going back and then got charged after i canceled. I called them back and they said that it shouldn’t have happened and that they would issue a refund for me and i never got it. flash forward to now and i got charged again after i cancelled and they are closed so i can’t even contact them. This should not have happened twice and i shouldn’t have to wait over 6 months for a $30 refund. I want to add that the staff her is always very helpful and kind and this review is more a reflection on the company as a whole not this particular location. I’m sorry the rating here has to be affected.
I don't normally leave reviews, I've had such bad service here that I needed to write one. Before the closure of everything I had requested to have my membership cancelled over the phone, the lady told me I couldn't do that and I needed to come into the club which I wasn't able to do because I now live 3 hours from Oakville. I emailed them multiple times to have it cancelled and I never got a a response. Every time I would call to have it cancelled I was told I had to email them to cancel, everyone I talked to was very rude and refused to cancel over the phone. I'm still being charged membership payments and their club is currently closed and has been for months now. I tried emailing them on social media (instagram), they read the messages I was sending them, just never responding. It took them a few weeks to respond back. I requested refunds and never received them, I was told that "they don't have any notations or request documentations on file for cancellation", which is bull because I emailed multiple times and called a bunch of times and was ignored. Now I'm unable to get my money back, I've just never had such bad service before. The gym itself is wonderful, the staff and management however is awful.

I would steer clear of this place. It's not open yet, and it has been postponed several times. Looks like they're trying to cash in on some pre-sales will empty promises. I'm guessing the 5 star reviews are from the owners or friends of the owners. Mahmoud Hamdan has reviewed several Crunch Fitness locations and each review contains marketing speak. They have a draw for early enrollments but the first lines say its only available in the US. On Facebook they said it's open to Canadian residents and they are working on correcting the PDF... but that was at least 18 weeks ago and it has not been fixed. It's a pretty convenient location for me, but I'm worried they'll take my money and run before they even open. Note the $56.44 annual fee, and $20 processing fee. Just too many red flags for me.
Very clean and friendly workers. Like everything about it. When it was privately owned then corporate took over and it became garbage taking peoples money when they shouldn't and lying to customers.
I clearly remember being told they'll open latest by end of November. It is February 2019 and no sign of them opening. It has been a bad experience with this gym, they have not kept their members updated, no emails, no notifications and timelines. Nothing. I think I'm going to ask for my money back, I'm so done waiting!! I really wanted to join this gym, too bad.

Love this location, been attending for over a year now, and through the pandemic the staff has been incredible, whether it's assisting with membership questions or adjustments, making sure the facility is clean and greeting members with a smile. Christine does a great job, we always see her walking the gym making sure everything is in order and cleaned or put away properly, and Dana Joanna and Christine have been such a great help in setting up our friends with their memberships. Great gym and staff!

Very nice gym for the price. Lots of machines with lots of variety and space. Bathrooms are really nice and well layed out. Staff is nice and friendly. Suggestions - * maybe add another ab crunch machine as there is only one and itsi used often. *A vending machine with drinks Other than that, so far it's an awesome gym!

Had to call 3 times to cancel still got charged, along with no refund. I have all cancelation confirmation emails and notifications so I will be taking legal action once covid is over with. I have yet to receive my refund and it has been over 2 months. do not sign up with them. Stay far away!!!

Terrible customer service. I tried to call before the lockdown to cancel my membership and ask for a refund, but I couldn't communicate, I sent about 4 emails requesting the cancellation and until today I have not received a response. Last week I went because the Oakville location is already open and the person who attended me made me wait outside and then came out to ask for my name and phone number to supposedly process the cancellation, telling me that I would receive an email in an hour with the cancellation that I could go, that didn't happen either, now I'm trying to call and they don't answer the phone. I do not recommend this gym at all.
Have been charged for 1 month of membership + annual fee when the gym has been closed during lockdowns. I haven't gone since a year ago. Their phone number is disabled so there is no real way to contact them for a refund. It's really unfortunate that they've resorted to this, will not be returning despite having had a good experience before COVID. Find another gym that won't steal your money.

good gym, cheap and effective with tons of equipment. My only issue is the lighting in the building is brutal, instead of using upward facing light difusing fixtures, the light bulbs are exposed and when ever you are benching or laid back, you get blinded by the lights.

No refund(s) received - I called and emailed several times to have my membership cancelled prior to the lockdown and, received refund request confirmations. It's been four months and still haven't received my refunds. To the other reviewers that left feedback on this topic, yes, my colleague will be launching a class-action suit against Crunch and its affiliates in Canada as several gym locations have unfortunately acted the same with their customers.
It's a gym, the male locker room is very small, during peak hours, forget it. Decent amount of machines, free weights, no slam balls for HIIT, their battle rope looks used and worn when they brought it in a couple of weeks ago, it's also quite heavy for beginners like my GF. Hopefully the owner or manager actually get a rope that's not enclosed in some kind of fabric and just exposed rope.
This gym took forever to open - I've been waiting and calling in since October but I would say it was well worth the wait. It opened Monday and I went in today for the first time for a workout. The owner gave us a tour of the place and explained about the delays (sounds like they had a rough time). The equipment is all brand new and the set up is nice with lots of space. Rows and rows of cardio machines too. Staff seem friendly, facilities are bright and clean - I have no complaints. I hope in the future they will open the gym for 24hrs on weekends as well. Looks like they're still putting the finishing touches on the extras (childcare zone, workout classes/stretching areas, sauna, etc) but I look forward to my next visit!
Most deceitful experience with regards to billing during the pandemic. Continued to be billed although the gym is closed. Was also told that monthly bills applied would be used for the annual fee however was still charged the annual fee. This experience has definitely been the worst I have experienced with any gym and would never trust Crunch again.
Decent gym but the bars are terrible for deadlifting. They only have one good bar. Get some more!

Rude staff. Cancelled my membership over a month ago was still being charged. Had to go in to the gym to address the issue because communicating with them over the phone was not working. Was told to wait in the line up that was down the building before i could come in and deal with the issue and then was told no need for any attitude when i was talking to them about still being charged for a membership i cancelled and had the printed document with me also no manager there again to help figure out the issue. Very bad customer service experience. Won't be returning when COVID is over *update still being charged was again charged for October when I cancelled in august. Still have not received a refund for September either.
This company is a joke they don't take covid 19 seriously. Lot's of people all over the gym not respecting social distancing, not wearing masks, machines are not being cleaned or wiped down. This place is going to cause the next outbreak. I am done, never coming back don't feel safe and management doesn't seem to care.

These guys are CROOKS... I cancelled my membership in March of 2020 and they continue to charge me for their un-used services. Moreover, they now use the COVID-veil to justify not responding to people trying to be reimbursed.
I drive from Binbrook 3 times a week to workout at Burloak Crunch. I've checked out the crunch locations in Hamilton and they do not compare. Crunch Burloak is always clean, the equipment is brand new and they have multiple of most machines so you dont have to wait. The staff is very friendly and the owner takes your feedback into consideration. Would recommend!
Although the employees could be more engaging and kind, great gym, pretty big and a ton of equipment. Not too busy as of yet, no lines or wait times.
Do not go to this gym, they do not take your health and safety seriously. At any point in time you can find people not wearing masks properly, or AT ALL, machines and equipment not being wiped down, paper towel dispensers empty, and over crowding in the weights area. Management clearly does not care, employees show no interest in monitoring the gym to make sure people are following the rules. Don't bothering coming here, it's not worth it.

Get ur banking info in before then. PROS -The staff tonight were great! -super clean -Not crowded (for now) -tons of Cardio Machines (stair climbers r the best) -tons of free weights (ppl are already putting them back wrong SMH) -tons of weight resistance machines & Squat racks -water fountain & water bottle refill station -Child Care area (great option) CONS -Sauna & Tanning beds are still being installed (but I didnt take that option) -They didnt call back or email everyone who joined/paid, about being open. Guys! This gym is so clean. After working out for years at other local gyms and seeing that they are never cleaned consistently or always pressured you for personal training- this gym is definitely the spot! The management does everything they can to help the clients. Sure, like other reviews I was charged ONE time when I was on hold but they gave me a credit and covered a few months for me! Tanning, massage beds, HIT classes and more for such a low price and they always have great deals! The equipment is new and if something doesn't work they have it fixed ASAP! I would highly recommend crunch.
My husband I just joined Crunch at Burloak after being members at both GoodLife and LA Fitness for years. I have to say the facility is clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly. I also joined the lunchtime HIIT classes and they are AMAZING. But the main reason I love going to Crunch is the manager Joanna. She always makes sure everything is taken care of and you can tell that her staff really respects her. Thanks for everything team CRUNCH!

Availability is first come, first serve providing no possibility to schedule time slots online. Space is quite cramped, making social distancing difficult. Certain amenities covered in membership are closed (showers).
Also have had a poor experience with being charged after cancelling my membership and waiting 6 months with still no refund.. Also used to love this place. Not one person has contacted me back after countless emails and visits to the location. Of course, no contact number as head office dont want to deal with anything. very, very poor.
Great facility, great staff, no long waits for equipment.clean. Equipment and tones of parking Crunch is a steal for the price!
BEWARE! This franchise bills their clients while when their services were unavailable during the pandemic without even any apology or form of communication (whether that be email, phone, website) that they are working on fixing the issue. I called just to inquire about the steps to cancel my gym membership and I was put on hold for an hour by someone from their front desk until I just dropped the call myself. Unreliable customer service and blatantly disrespects their clients' wishes, avoiding any form of communication if you plan on terminating your club membership with them.
Gym/hours/staff is great. Always friendly and equipment/floor clean and working well. Plenty of machines and weights and can't beat the membership fees. Have recommended it to all my friends from National Fitness that went bankrupt.
Now a rule to wear a mask WHILE working out, against legitimate Ontario health minster guidelines. Decent gym other than the retarded upper management and certain people not showering or wearing deodorant
Horrible customer service, they will gladly charge your card every month even after you cancelled your membership. some terrible management took over this gym would not recommend. No surprise that there refunds also take over 4 weeks to process, but they'll take you money right away

Great place. Even when it is busy I don't have to wait for a machine. My only complaint is that things only get done when Thomas is there. The other day almost all the paper towels needed refilling and the girls at the desk were just chatting with each other oblivious
This location deserves NEGATIVE stars! I have been trying to cancel my membership since they reopened, because of the LACK of COVID safety measures, most of the people aren’t wearing masks or cleaning. I cancelled my membership, and they charge me EVERY SINGLE MONTH, and every month I email and they email me back a new confirmation that’s its cancelled and my money will be “refunded in 4 weeks” which it NEVER does, and before you know it another month is charged they have SCAMMED me for the past 5 months. DONT SIGN UP HERE, the month to month is a SCAM!
Having been a member of several gyms in the past, I have to say this facility has it all. It's a big space so you're not waiting on equipment, there are dozens and dozens of machines to keep your routine diverse, way more than enough dumbells and benches. Its clean, bright and on top of everything, it's highly affordable even with the tanning option. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars. Ignore the 1 star reviews as construction delays are a part of life and are not a reflection of this business nor its practices. I hope those that gave it a 1 star review didnt lose their six pack abs while sitting on the couch waiting for it to open.
If i could give a zero star i would. Charging the fees when the gym was not even open and even after closing the account last month - i am being charged. The staff is so rude and charging extra fees. I would not recommended anyone to become a member there.
DO NOT....I repeat: DO NOT sign up for personal training at this gym, unless you feel like being robbed. They have held on to 14 of my personal training sessions and refused to refund me over $700 with the false promise that they would find me another trainer that could train me at 6am, since my trainer left. They have literally held onto this money for a year and a half and refused to refund me. I have been brushed off on countless occasions and had my information taken and "passed along" to managers/regional managers/head office and no one has offered me a resolution. This is straight up theft. I have started a claim with the Better Business Bureau and would encourage others (who I know are in the same boat) to do this so that we can stop these thieves.
front desk girl needs to lighten up. you get what you pay for i guess, no wonder it’s 10$ a month. i wanted to try this gym out but after speaking with front desk on options and if a free trial was available she sounded like she wasn’t interest at all in talking about it. i’ll stick to goodlife! thanks crunch fitness! Staff do not manage the guests coming....I speak to many of those working out and they are from Mississauga. This is not very smart during Covid. Additionally, staff are not engaged. Lady at the front desk is always on her cell, never acknowledging guests. Paper Towel dispenser are always empty. Spray bottles are left in the men's change room therefore guests waiting to get in cannot enter. No visible management on the floor or caring employees working ....it's a disgrace.
Great environment
Went in for the first time and was greeted by the owner who was very professional and eager to give me a tour of the facility. The gym looks great and the equipment was impressive. Looking forward to going back tomorrow for another workout.
This is the best place to work out. Not only is the staff very professional and helpful they keep the place extremely clean and safe. I highly recommend this gym. It's nothing but good vibes and great equipment.
With the entry fee waived, I’m paying $10/month and a one time $60 annual fee so that’s $180 year. Compared to GoodLife which I was paying $450 with a corporate plan, crunch is much cheaper. It’s perfect if you live in the area and just want to lift weights and go home. No towel service. Small locker rooms. Sauna not built. At the $10 price point you only get access to the one location. Its also not true 24 hours, closes at 10pm on Friday and 7pm on Saturday/Sunday, which is disappointing as I enjoy late night weekend workouts. Overall, It really feels like someone just set up a gym in a huge garage and you can stop by and lift. Edit: there is Wi-Fi now, before I said there was none.
Lacking in squat and bench racks in addition to weights. I have to run around the gym to find some 10 lb weights. Also the squat and bench racks are not even close to being aligned which makes trying to lift with good form more difficult. You can tell whoever moved them did not put in the effort. Staff seem friendly and it's cheap as hell though. So there's that.
Come here every day and generally enjoy it. It's not usually too busy, so it's not difficult to get a spot at whatever machine I'm looking to use. The best thing is that I pay only $10/month. Biggest complaint is really just the customer service. Most staff are quite nice, but a few have been so unnecessarily disrespectful to me on a number of occasions.
Hard to believe it’s legal to run a business that makes you jump through so many hoops to use something you pay for.

Good local gym. Has all equipment needed to stay in shape and build muscle weight and you can't simply beat the price.

Impossible to get a slot to workout when booking through their site on a computer or app on phone. It shows slots being booked up before they are actually open to the public to book. SO frustrating day after day... I am on the site 5 mins before the hour for the next booking window refreshing and can NEVER got a slot. Stuck paying for a membership I can't use.
Been going to Crunch Fitness for almost a year now. Great gym. They keep it very clean. Rarely ever any issues with machines. May see the odd one for repair. Gym does get busy during peak hours but honestly I’ve never had to wait for a machine. Lots of cardio equipment, free weights, benches etc. Washrooms and change rooms are always clean. Gym has Wifi which is great. Second level is now open which created more space for stretching or ab workouts. I’d recommended Crunch over the big gyms.
Clean facility with helpful staff and a great selection of machines. The are between the free weights and bar platforms can get cramped, but that is okay.
Worst GYM EVER. I signed up almost 2 weeks ago and never had a chance to enroll in a class once. Am literally just paying for nothing. Also they can book you in only once and that's it because there is no way whatsoever that you can get a session in this facility. DO NOT SIGN UP!!
Update, we’re approaching the reopening of gyms again. Let’s see if Crunch is going to actually be proactive so it’s members feel safe. I really want to return to the gym, but I’ll be canceling my membership and gOing with someone else if Crunch can’t get with the times. I spoke with Crunch today hoping to return to my workout after 18 months. I was disappointed to hear that they are not requiring members to wear a mask while working out. Crunch has the opportunity to be a leader, to raise the bar, to demonstrate that the safety of their members is the priority... but they decided against that.
Great Facility, state of the art equipment. One of the nicest Gym's I have been to. Even has Massage beds! Very Friendly staff, clean environment. Everything you would ever need with a gym!
I was on the $15/month membership and had to cancel because I moved. I am now being charged $75 for annual fees. I was only able to go 3 times to the gym as they closed right after I got the membership and they just recently opened. I have now been charged membership fees twice for a Club that has been closed. This is robbery. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
All telephone numbers are out of service. Last point of contact was two months ago and was told mid Jan to mid Feb opening??? Have not registered, worried this gym won't even get to opening the doors.
This gym will cancel your membership whenever you want but they will keep charging you!!! It happened to me and 4 other people I know and even when i said that i got charged after cancelling they supposedly fixed the issue but the month after i got charged again. Please don’t fall into this trap... plus the equipment is absolutely garbage and lacking many necessary things and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst gym i have ever been to.
Love everything about this place. Just in comparison to the other crunch I go to, no towels for equipment and the mats for stretching are kept in the same room the classes are held.
