This was my first ever drop in at a CrossFit Gym after training at my home gym for 5 months. I was very nervous as a bigger novice, but Coach Erin was absolutely amazing and the class made me feel like I was a member. Also, everyone gave me great local recommendations. The most friendly, welcoming CrossFit gym I’ve ever visited! Dropped in to a Sunday morning class with a friend during a recent trip. As soon as we walked in the door we were made to feel at home. At least a half dozen people said hello and chatted with us. Great programming, solid warmup, and incredible coaching (Boo) with lots of great cues. My friend and I couldn’t get over just how great the experience was. It left such an impression the we agreed it would be the only CrossFit gym we’d visit on future visits to Halifax! Kudos to this gym for creating such a welcoming community.
