Motiv is an excellent gym. I have been going there for over 5 years, usually three times a week. Excellent facilities, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and easy access.

This place is the only thing that gets me through the harsh Nova Scotia winters. Without Motiv, I would have wasted away and crumbled into tiny chards of ice many winters ago. Thanks so much to John, Cody, Marika, and the whole team for keeping us warm and healthy.

Love doing my work outs here. It's relaxing and welcoming and there's more then enough variety when it comes to the equipment available, which is all very well maintained and there's a great assortment of classes you can take that are all included with membership. They even have multiple billing options making it easier to afford. They have shower and towel service available with membership as well as a supplement store conveniently located right on location with membership discounts. You also get a discount card for a few local businesses. All in all its a great gym.

Amazing facility, wonderful equipment and friendly staff, the only gripe I have is the lack of free benches they have out, take away the bench presses and racks and they only have one open flat bench and one open incline bench which often means a lot of waiting. That nitpick aside highly recommend this place

It’s a good gym, has everything you need. It’s well set up and has friendly staff! It is quite small though, that would be my only complaint. If it’s busy hour, right before or after dinner time, good luck getting a machine you want.

Best gym in the Valley. Has the most services: supplements, nutrition advice, massage therapists, and various classes. When equipment breaks, its fixed within days versus Acadia taking weeks. It's cheaper than most other gyms, with senior, military, family, and student discounts. They provide an excellent and positive atmosphere. They have a multi purpose room, another spin class room, various cardio equipment in a cardio area with televisions, a weight room with various equipment (including hacksquat machines etc), and another room with a turf section for sled pulls, and infinity-rig for squats, and a deadlift platform. Bumpers and steel plates are available. And the best thing about the whole gym. The lighting is amazing. Shows striations on basically everyone. Whoever installed the lighting here, please contact me to come do the lighting in my house ????
