Expensive gym with slow machine maintenance. Lately I've been noticing that they are swapping machines out with ones that have fewer functions rather than fixing the nicer machine.

This Goodlife is still new, so it's clean and well-maintained. It is busy during peak times and there's only one power rack and one squat-specific rack. Other Goodlife locations have two or three power racks available, so if that's important to you, it's probably better to go to the Sackville or Barrington locations.

The staff are awesome. Ella made signing my sister up for her membership super easy, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly with the corporate registration. Gym is well laid out, turf with sled push is a huge bonus, and the fitness class studio has lovely natural lighting.

I recently joined goodlife and this is my preferred club. There are lots of machines and cardio and the staff are very nice. My only concern is that there are members who defintely don't clean the machines after themselves properly(using a dry paper towel that they used for the last 10 machines or just not cleaning the machine at all) and there are usually multiple people at the front desk. Would be nice to see some of them wandering around the club cleaning machines that aren't being used instead of standing around.

What's not good: 1- old equipment 2- equipment too close to each other, laterally a person need to squeeze or walk side ways to get to some equipment. 3- most users don't wipe the machines after use, nor they return used weight/equipment to their spots it is not enforced by the gym. 4-not like modern Gyms, this gym doesn't offer wet wipes to wipe the machines , they offer dry tissue towels and a spray sanitizer . What's good: 1- 24 hours gym 2- plenty of machines 3- clean bathrooms 4- hospital and experienced coaches / staff 5- free towels

Awesome staff motivating ambience and lot of fitness equipment, group classes to keep you in fitness routines. Grocery store , bus stop , bank and other shops around the place makes to save time. Enough parking spots and close to main stream roads

Some machines have been broken for years. My boyfriend has complained to staff several times about one particular machine, they won't fix it. Most of the treadmills have broken safety clips, which is dangerous and I have complained several times, but nothing. Most of the Tv's on the machines don't turn on or the buttons won't work. You'd think with the amount of money you know they're pulling in here they could afford to fix things, but they are too greedy/cheap to do anything for their members.

ZERO airflow throughout the facility. No fans at or on the cardio equipment or fans ANYWHERE. Be prepared to sweat and get your nice earphones, headphones FULL OF SWEAT. Then you'd have to go out and buy new ones. The cardio machines are BASIC. So many other facilities have MUCH better running machines. Nothing to charge your phone. Missing heart rate sensors. NO FANS. Headphone jacks don't work to watch the TVs mounted on the machines.

Very hard to get a good workout in peak hours. Lacking some equipment. Open 24 hours. Not worth the price but it might be your only option If you need a 24 hour gym.

I’ve tried almost every GoodLife location in the city and this one is my favourite. But it can be very busy at times. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Equipment maintenance could be better as popular machines are often out of service for weeks. One glaring equipment omission is calf raise machines - every other gym has at least one standing and one seated machine. But here there is just a seated toe-extension style machine. The gym could also use a few more rope handles for the cable machines. A one point there were several of them but then most of them disappeared.
