Decent facility, staff is friendly. Hours recently are not the best, dissatisfied that the showers and sauna facilities are shut off in the evenings. Men's locker room care and cleanliness needs attention.

A great example of what a gym should be !! I was just in town for a little over 2 weeks and had steeled myself for a stiff membership charge. Instead it was a fantastic $14 for 14 days!! Great range of good aerobic equipment such as treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, etc. Plenty of free weights and space to use them. An amazing facility with minimal user pressure so never had to wait for equipment but enough traffic that you don't to be the only one working out. Always a friendly "Hello!" when scanning in at the front desk and great helpful people like Leo and Briana ( among all the good people there). Always willing to give help and answer questions on exercises or routines. Highly recommended if you are in town, even for a short time.

4th time this month that they have left multiple people waiting in the parking lot for hours because they did open on time. If you're an early bird this is NOT the gym for you!

Decent size for a small town. Change room has dry Sunna which is always great. Plenty of machines. Although I went during the summer, it could be very busy during the term give this is a University town.

Certainly the worst gym I've ever been a member of. I moved to Antigonish this fall to attend the local university, and signed up when I learned this was the only commercial gym in town. I've been regularly going to various gyms since the beginning of high school, and I can with confidence say this is by far the worst. The company pushes an facade of caring about your fitness goals, when all they really care about is your money. Consistently getting slapped with excess fee's and a $70 membership cancellation fee to boot! I am currently locked into a year contract that expires in September, and have no means of opting out when I leave town this spring free of charge. The staff are completely disconnected with the clients, I rarely feel that my business is welcomed there. The facility is currently requiring repairs, but due to a lack of a full-time manager nothing is being fixed. Only bright side is that outside of out of service equipment, facility is satisfactory.

I've been going here regularly for 8 months and am enjoying it. I like the interior design which makes it pleasant to be in. The instructor for the early morning fitness class is very good. I never have to wait to use the elliptical machine. The only thing I didn't like was the elaborate sign-up process
