Needs an update on equipment. Functional with lots of cardio equipment. Convenient location can get busy 5pm-7pm

Solid gym, suitable to a variety of training styles. Friendly, courteous owner and staff who are living the active lifestyle. Other patrons were equally respectful. Enjoyed our time here, and overall would recommend.

If you get to visit YK don’t forget to stop by “Break Away Fitness” ... mazing, spacious, 2 floors with a dedicated spin room, staff always smiling and please someone tell Lucas to start eating more ???????? ... Grateful to have had the chance to meet Norma, a dedicated Fitness mom doesn’t look her age at all and do not take her kindness at the gym for a weakness. Seen her out-train a few people i know that are bigger! In the end GREAT AMAZING COMMUNITY to be surrounded with and it doesn’t cost an arm and leg unlike others ????????
