We found this hotel to be be clean, quiet and spacious. The room had more surface area to set bags and belongings. Loved the choice of pillows (it’s rare there is a pillow flat enough for my taste!). Staff was very helpful.

Rooms are very nicely appointed. Oh, so comfortable beds. Extremely accommodating, friendly staff. Any amenities you could need for your stay are relatively close. Restaurants and coffee places across street. Due to Covid the Hotels amenities are closed unfortunately. However they go over and beyond to make your stay a welcoming experience. Quite a friendly beautiful town. Take a walk, sit down for a coffee and you might just find yourself visiting for hours; chatting with the locals :)

The staff are always helpful and the rooms are very clean the atmosphere is one of relaxing and quiet. This is a very enjoyable hotel to stay with whist working. I like the option to have a cup of tea in my room whist working on reports.

The newly renovated rooms were nice and clean. Excellent COVID-19 protocol was followed, however the rooms are a bit on the noisy side and not as soundproof as hoped. But overall fantastic experience.

I am a housekeeping supervisor and room checker for a Holiday Inn. When I checked in, the bathroom had feces in the toilet, hair on the floor and vanity the shower was not cleaned properly. I would say not at all. And the dusting was not great.This would never pass one of my inspections. On a more positive note, your renovations are great! Beautiful and modern.

Due to an unforseen emergency, we had to cancel our reservation. After 5 unsuccessful attempts to call the hotel (no one answered the phone) we called the main call center. They were also unable to get an answer. They also informed us that they did not have a Customer Service number that we could call. It all seemed very unprofessional especially for a worldwide business that's been around for as long as it has. Very unimpressed.

I spent the weekend here and everything was great. The price is fair for everything you are getting. The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they had a good variety of different choices. The hotel is close to everything in North Bay as well. Would definitely go back.

Nov 15 2021. Not sure what's going on with this Hotel but it's standards have been heading south. When I got into the room the first thing I do is wash my hands, then I noticed no soap! Called the front desk and asked for hand soap, apparently there's a shortage of hand soap, they told me to come down to the front desk and they will give some soap in a cup. How tacky and unprofessional is that, and then they ask for $150+ a night. Here's an idea, local dollar store has pump bottle hand soaps for a buck, buy one for each room and it will last atleast a 10-15 days. They obviously don't care about being sanitary, I don't blame the staff, but I do blame the management for not stepping up and rectifying this issue !!!
