Just started going here but already everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The coaches push you to go past your best and gain a new personal best each class. They’ve taken the time to teach me as I am a beginner. I already feel more confident. I’d recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get fit and feel good about themselves or for anyone wanting to go pro!
