Gym is clean and everything you need. Staff are very personable. The cafe always smells like something amazing is being made. Lots of activities are offered through the centre which is nice to see and have available.

It is adjacent to St. Catharines in the west, Niagara Falls in the south, and New York in the east across the river. The village of Ston is facing each other. The beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake is full of flowers from spring to autumn, leaving Toronto and Buffalo in the United States relatively close, and tourists like clouds. Shaw's Theatre in the town has performed Shaw's plays for many years.

Great cafe. Library is amazing with programmes for everyone...from 3D printing to ancestry classes, jazz lectures and even an evening with Tweed. Gym is comact clean and has a good variety of equipment. Lots of large and small community rooms for rent. Everything from pickle ball to bridge.

Clean, friendly place to spend some time - play table-tennis or other games. Register for numerous programmes from yoga to dancing, flower arrangements and socialise with the community in the cafe. Home-made goodies and soup available. Fitness centre available at reasonable cost with trainers.

Summary... Pros: -Clean -Indoor track -Reasonable price for resident members Cons: -No bench press -No squat rack -Not a single barbell anywhere -Dumbbells only go up to 60lbs -Only 1 flat bench and 1 adjustable bench They miss out on a considerable demographic with such limited equipment. Even intermediate lifters will find that they are able to max out most of the machines and weights at this gym, let alone advanced lifters. The main takeaway is that the owner-operator needs to reinvest in this gym which has huge potential, by diversifying the equipment. To not be able to perform the three most iconic exercises of all time, bench pressing, barbell squatting, and deadlifting, makes this facility substandard.
