Participated in a 90 minute private group lesson here (8 people, beginner level) and it was fantastic! The instructor was patient and fun, and helped each participant feel safe as they attempted each move. The owner, Mary, was also excellent to deal with in the planning phase. Thank you, Paradisaea!

Paradisaea Aerial Dance provides unique and challenging ways to build your strength, coordination and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Great for kids, teens and adults (even with no experience) and very reasonably priced classes and workshops. I love the aerial silks class and recommend trying out any of the aerial classes offered if you're looking for something really fun and rewarding to learn!
