This hotel is loud. You can hear every footstep down the hall, each door open and close, and everything your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing significant construction. Rather than updating an area at a time, it is renovating most of the hotel at the same time while making little progress. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry were closed. Wifi service is terrible. I was there with a group of pilots trying to rest for a flight the following day. There were girls' hockey teams staying there as well. Management did nothing to enforce an atmosphere of comfort within the hotel. There were teenagers running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night long. I checked out at 11pm (colleagues checked out at 7pm), and the hotel charged all of us for the night even after acknowledging that they were not providing a reasonable level of customer service and profusely apologizing. This hotel and its management is substandard. I do not recommend this to anyone who wants a decent place to stay.

It is clean, comfortable and the pool is refreshing to jump into after a long day. The front desk are helpful and responsive. Free breakfast is good. I have stayed here before and it is now my go-to when I work in Gander.

The Quality Inn in Gander, NL is true to its advertising. It is a clean, recently renovated hotel that offers modern surrounding and a great complimentary breakfast. The room washroom could do with a few features such as a fan or heat lamp. …

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional and room spotless.

We were treaty exceptionally well by all the staff we whom we came in contact. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, with all amenities that were expected. The quantity and quality of the complementary breakfast was excellent.

Did not live up to the pricing. The rooms and facilities were clean. Unfortunately there was a swim meet (younger set) and a wedding reception on the same night. It was considered that staff could have done a better job at noise control. …

We found our stay to be close to perfect; clean, friendly, comfortable room with good features. Breakfast was deceiving, however, there is a picture on the wall of waffles, and even here on the website the first picture of the so called "full breakfast" shows waffles, which makes one assume there is a waffle maker at the breakfast but there is none and no pancake maker either. Also, the stairs in and out of the pool need replacing, very flimsy. Otherwise, the pool was great for early morning swim.

Toilet seat had urine stains on it when I checked in to the room so it doesn't look like it was cleaned very well. The restaurant onsite took close to 70 mins to get me a simple tossed salad and it was drenched in dressing (even though I asked for dressing on the side). Room was clean and comfortable however on the smaller side and could use a but more light. Nice desk to get work at and get through some office work but it didn't have any lamps (hence the lack of lighting). Staff was overall very friendly.

The best hotel in the area. The hotel is older but the rooms are updated and the beds are quite comfortable. Hotel has lots of amenities, and a hot buffet breakfast is included. Shower is enjoyable work lots of pressure. Netflix if not available in room with your personal account and only local TV is provided.

Great hotel,very clean the front desk staff are so helpful and friendly located around a lot of store and places to eat within a few min walk. In the morning guest get a free hot breakfast buffet style including everything you can think of. Overall a really great place to stay.

The Hotel was in the middle of repaving outside to make the entrance more inviting; Our room was very clean and lovely. The front desk staff were very very busy but also calm about it all and helpful. the ladies taking care of the Breakfast were friendly and smiling through all the questions by those enjoying it.

Hotel was pretty good, but is showing it's age. The room was a bit dated. However, the breakfast and dinner were great. I also liked the aviation mural on the second floor. On our next trip to Gander, we will likely stay here.

Room was large and very clean. Towels are wonderful. Breakfast was extremely tasty and plenty of choice. Staff are helpful and friendly. Wifi would drop off at times but no big deal.
