Unfortunately this hotel is staffed with some individuals who must hate their jobs! Not all staff, but some. Which is too bad because this is a lovely, clean, modern hotel with lots to offer.

The hotel staff was wonderful. All were very attentive, polite, and professional. The room was maintained immaculately and the breakfast far exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had a very pleasurable stay. When we return we will stay here again for sure.

Had a great stay but I do have two minor complaints that I feel I should mention so others know. The pool area is INCREDIBLY noisy when there is more than just a few kids (like headache inducing). They really need to install sound panels or something, if possible. Also, we brought my son's PS4 and found that the device that powers the hotel's TV system introduced horrible input and sound lag. I disconnected the hotel box and plugged the PS4 directly into the TV which fixed the lag problem, but then I couldn't adjust the TV's volume! It seemed like the TV was stuck on max volume ????. Luckily we had headphones so we just used those instead.

Service was top notch. Special kudos to Andrew for going above and beyond multiple times. When I came in late and exhausted and he arranged to have someone to help get my things to my room, and offered some great advice for things to enjoy during my stay.
