This is my 4th month working with Irina. I've noticed a tremendous difference in my strength, endurance and even self-motivation all thanks to her. She takes the time to explain each exercise and pays attention to any underlying issues/prior injuries to ensure optimal success. She is thoughtful, makes me feel extremely comfortable and has a great sense of humor. Irina has even gone the extra mile to bring supplemental equipment to my gym. I leave each session energized and eager to see what our future sessions hold.
Irina is a great trainer. She takes the time to understand your needs and goals and designs a program just for you. I noticed a difference in my strength and balance within a a few weeks. I bought the Determined Package for couples for a total of 10 one hour sessions with Irina and I absolutely loved it! After 5 weeks into our weekly sessions, I was able to lift heavier weights and do more reps. I could feel that I was becoming more energetic and my muscles were strengthening. My muscles were also visibly more toned. Irina tailored our workout to meet our fitness goals. She also modified our sessions to keep things interesting. She motivated us to exercise and she knows when not to push us too hard so that we exercise within our limits. I highly recommend Irina!

I am amazed at how Irina seems to constantly be working on professional development that is reflected in her different endeavours. The restrictions caused by COVID19, created a unique opportunity to exercise that I wouldn't have thought of if she hadn't created her #letsmovenewwest FB page. Her weekly challenges on the group were very positive, and the experience has helped me realize that I need to take time for self-care, despite my busyness as a stay-at-home mom. She is truly, an exceptional individual, and it is so great to have her as a citizen of of our community. :)
Irina is an amazing personal trainer. I started seeing her for ongoing neck, shoulder, and upper back ache as a result of having a desk job. After seeing her for the past few months, I feel so much better, have much more energy, and have strengthened my weak muscles! :) I would recommend her as a trainer any day!

Irina is fantastic! This is the first time I've worked with a personal trainer and it's working! My fiance and I signed on with a couples package and do most of our workouts together - I love how Irina gets both of us to workout with similar exercises, but she still tailors them to our individual health concerns. She's very encouraging and is able to keep us motivated without scare tactics. Irina is always adding new exercises and keeps our workouts interesting. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
Irina keeps me motivated and helps me look forwards towards my well thought out goals. She understands people gotta live life but encourages you to stay strong and keep the fitness on. I've been working out with Irina for six months now and highly recommend her. She created a personalized training plan for me that includes fun activities and a lot of variety, which are things I need. We've played beach volleyball and hopscotch, gone running and stair climbing, done weights and circuit training, and yoga and meditation. She even ran my first 5k run with me! We train outdoors when we're able to, or in my small apartment when we need to. Irina is a master at making great use of whatever space is available. She's also supported me through nutritional and other lifestyle changes to improve my overall health. I reached out to Irina with a goal to work on my strength and stamina. Together we have been focusing on core and glute strength, while at the same time toning and strengthening other areas of my body. I have had other personal trainers before but what stands out about Irina is that she really listens to you and really teaches you how to listen to your body and use correct form. I realized that often I speed through workouts and that has caused me to do things incorrectly in the past, causing injury and not improving and Irina has shown me how to slow down and always ensure I’m doing things correctly that result in better gains and less injury. I cannot stress enough how important this body awareness has been for me, both while working out and on my “down” time, it’s positively impacted how I move whether in a yoga class or taking my dog for a walk. I highly recommend working with Irina!
Irina is a very professional and highly skilled personal trainer. I have not trained for quite a long time and she was really perfect in helping me to train and feel more motivated. She helped me to develop a habit of training which I really needed. I feel stronger and learned how the mind/body connection is so very important in training and engaging the correct muscles. We also started slow as I had some past injuries. The pace with Irina was great! She definitely works "with you to come up with the best plan for you". After talking about a trainer for years, my husband did some research and found Irina. She is thoughtful and cautious in her approach to individual fitness needs: she'll make you work hard, but not beyond your limit. That said, she'll push you to find your 'edge' every workout with her. This will help you do the same when you're working on your own. My posture is improving, and I started to see muscle definition within the first month. Irina has also reinforced things that I do know, but has explained and made them sensible. Very important: she is present and aware at every visit; she comes every week with a plan. Irina continues her own development as a trainer; I don't see her sessions ever getting stale. Highly recommend.

Irina is awesome! I've almost finished my tenth session with her, and she's been really wonderful and encouraging throughout this whole process (but also able to kick my butt where/when I need it! ;)). I appreciate that she checks up on me throughout the week (it helps keep me accountable) and she's game for any suggestions or new things I want to try. It's been pretty cool watching myself get stronger (and leaner) with her guidance, she's both super motivating and also very fun to spend an hour with. She's never made me feel silly or weak, and instead provided the tools for me to help empower myself. Would definitely recommend.

This morning I have run up and down the stairs many times with ease and without any shortness of breath. This is exciting because 8 months ago I had to clutch the railing to limp down the stairs due to chronic ankle and back pain, and persistent sleep deprivation. Today, I’m stronger, fitter, rested and in much less pain due in large part to Irina’s excellent service. She provides customized programming that she constantly adjusts to her clients’ needs. She offers gentle but persistent encouragement (read nag where needed). AND, each one of her visits is fun and satisfying. I can't recommend Irina's service strongly enough.
Irina is a fantastic trainer - she really knows her health & fitness and caters the workout to her client's needs. When I went out of town she even prepared a body weight workout that helped me be able to maintain my fitness withiut gym equipment. I highly recommend her!

I have always avoided getting a personal trainer, but Irina makes me feel comfortable with the level I'm at. We have been working on how to activate the right muscles for each move, and I have really noticed a difference so far with my strength and mobility because of this. Irina is a caring, patient and understanding leader and fitness coach, and I amso glad to have had the chance to work with her. She takes the time to truly listen and tailor her fitness recommendations with so much personal care. She doesn't push to extremes and is compassionate but very effective in her approach. I remember after a work out thinking "that wasn't too bad"....I even wondered if I would feel it the next day, and I did....in a really good way! With the support, guidance, understanding and patience, from Irina, I’ve managed to make time for exercise rather than having it be a ‘chore’. In less than 10 sessions, I succeeded in building my confidence at the gym and I gained positive results in such a short while.
